GOP. What does the party of law and order tell itself when trump defies a judges orders?

There is no such thing as a "convicted" illegal immigrant. It's not necessary to compare all immigrants to criminals. Not all of them are criminals.

HR2 passed in the House, but the democrats dropped the ball in the Senate, instead came up with a BS NON border bill they lied about......and even still the gullible minions parrot the lying bs talking points, lol.

Besides all of this with both bills not able to get through both chambers, it only took a new President to get it done and done fast.....good job America.

Judges have the authority to declare whether laws are constitutional, and they have the authority to issue orders of the court to compel people -- all people -- to follow the law.

A judge already ruled on this in 1936 giving the executive unilateral authority over this specific thing.

The judge's order is voided by precedent. He should really know about the life he's going to be a judge.

He is allowed to deport illegal aliens and defy court orders because the court orders have no precedent him having unilateral authority and the ability to defy the court orders has president 90 years of it in fact.
