GOP: Keep Your Guns, We'll Spy on Your Browsing

To use that constitution you must first have standing to appeal your case. Generally, that means first running afoul of the "unconstitutional" law and being penalized (convicted). If you don't mind being a felon for a quite a while (possibly forever) then go for it. ;)

How does that possibility harm you any more than the possibility that they could get a warrant on a BS basis (like an anonymous tip)? The bottom line is that you must show actual (not merely possible) personal harm in order to have standing.
