The sheer number of Kerala apartments and flats that are rising around the state is mind-boggling. All these activities point to the rise in economic status of the state as a whole. Kerala is currently poised at the brink of a major growth in various sectors. The tourism, IT, and other major industries that sustain the state economically are on rise. The rise in construction activities is a direct indicator of good times ahead.

In the midst of all these, there are voices of caution being raised. They speak of the infrastructure or lack of infrastructure of the state. This is easily apparent in cities like Cochin where a number of ongoing industries and projects are struggling with the insufficient infrastructure.

Kerala as a whole has come a long way these past 10 years. The satellite and telecommunications system and other infrastructure essential for the development of a place are almost on par with most other developed countries. However, the roads, bridges and power supply are some of the critical areas that have to improve immediately if the state is to sustain the growth it is already witnessing.

Peaceful and pristine Kerala is known around the world for her culture and cosmopolitan outlook. Kerala culture is a composite and to some extent cosmopolitan to which, several people races have made their significant contributions. The gradual evolution of Kerala culture has led to the emergence of a spirit of tolerance which persists among the people of Kerala. In response to every challenge, Kerala has demonstrated through the ages her ability for adaptation in every sphere of human thought and endeavor.

That's very nice, but what is this? A paid advertisement? For your very first post?
