Who would have this would have ever happened? In 2004 it was trading at almost 50 bucks. Well we ever get our tax payer dollar out of this?

Yeah I know. G.M. is seeing some tough times. I am a bit surprised to see Ford still at 5.50 range.

If GM and Chrysler survives(and they will), then yes, we will get our money back eventually, once the economy turns around.

It's down to .788 at this moment.

This might not be a bad time to invest $200 or a similar amount you wouldn't mind losing if GM tanks.

GM is supposed to file for bankruptcy Monday, and if they comes out of it, their stock might actually be worth something in 5-10 years.

We a tough lot and we will make it through

From an all-time high of $93.62/share on April 28, 2000 - GM closes at .75/share today.

Oh nice. When did you trade?

I am still trying to learn more before I get into it.

It was couple of weeks ago I bought at 4 something sold at 5 and change the same day.
