Now if they would just get on with it. I have had it with all the teasing.

The Donald may be in for a huge surprise if he actually believes what he posted. I imagine his lawyers are scrambling.
 
Will be interesting who......my thought is Trump, Rudy, Eastman, maybe Flynn, maybe Graham and the person organizing the fake electors...forget the name

Not sure how much Flynn was involved in Georgia. But yea, most likely all the others and the Qanon crazy lady Sydney Powell plus any of the witnesses who allegedly lied.

EDIT: We both forgot Mark Meadows. He is at the center of it all.

Flynn was knee deep in the fake elector plot in Georgia. Was Mark Meadows called? I don't recall that. I think he is number one on Jack Smith's list though.

I didn't recall that about Flynn. It's becoming a little hard to keep up these days. As far as Meadows, he actually went to Georgia to stick his nose where it didn't belong.

I just don't get the whole Flynn thing. He should have been recalled, Court Martialed and stripped of his pension long ago. What gives with that?

The only news I want to hear is "Donald Trump was indicted today on multiple charges of..."

I don't want to hear that indictments are "imminent," I don't want to hear to hear that multiple people will be indicted. I want to know that somebody got indicted, and who it is that got indicted.

These news stories should be illegal.

She’s playing the “hot/cold“ game with the interviewer. “More than a dozen, some recognizable, some not.”

I worry that the defense makes hay out of the early release…..

She didn't reveal anything new that hadn't been revealed in the redacted release by the chief judge. She stepped up to the line but did not cross it.

This is a most unusual case, I'll admit. There is a huge interest in this case. At least we know now that the GA investigation will reap results.

I'm going to guess that the DA has already presented her case to the real grand jury. The upcoming indictments are probably done and just not unsealed yet.
I doubt very seriously that the foreperson didn't discuss her interview with the DA and her lawyers first.

I worry about her own saftey at this point. The MAGAts will be out for blood when these indictments are unsealed.

I'm sure they'll try, but I don't think anything will come of it. Like she said, it's not rocket science. We already know who to expect.

The names will eventually be released, so I'm not sure how the defense can claim this would taint the jury pool, and since she named no one, I feel pretty secure with her interview.

I agree. Why the military has not dealt with him is baffling.

But she didn't release anything. They interviewed some 75 people. A dozen or more is about what I expected. Remember, she is the foreperson of a 'special grand jury', not a regular grand jury.

I don't see how this can give any defense an advantage. They know who they are. Especially the ones who were already sent target letters. They should all be prepared for the worst.

Unspecified indictments of unspecified people is not a "release" that any law cares about.

Was that Ron Johnson? I know he at least played a role with the fake electors.

At the very least, the organizer of the GA electors. But your right, every last one of them committed perjury, and some sort of fraud charges, perhaps mail fraud.
