George Zimmerman lawyers to judge: Sanction state for 'personal attacks'

How embarrassing for him.

But they only learn the hard way.

Indeed, it was just not Excon. Joko, ric, mike, and more all believed in discovery violations with no proof. That is what happens when you base arguments on feelings:lol:

There were no discovery violations, contrary to the defense's false accusations.

12:03 p.m. ET: Judge Nelson said she did not find any discovery violations in this case

No discovery violations. No sanctions for personal attacks. Come back anytime Excon:lamo

No 'Stand Your Ground' for Zimmerman... yet | HLNtv.com

How embarrassing for him. Looks like spamming internet forums has little effect in the real world.

But they only learn the hard way.

I like Judge Nelson. She is fair, focused on the facts, and doesn't allow any grandstanding.

This is a political case and the judge (going by her recent tracking) is favoring the state

Its that simple

Sore loser of what?

Being wrong once again.

You and/or others, argued the prosecution violated discovery, were shown wrong by myself and the judge, now scream "politics"

You are clearly unable to argue this case objectively. Any ruling not in favor of Zimmerman, you somehow come up with an excuse.

Dismissed.

and you and others who said the defense if "fishing".
Seems the defense did well today.

Like others I think the judge is doing a good job.

and a side note. I never claimed the prosecution was in violation. I mearly have stated the defense is entitled to what they are asking for.

Again, you missed the main point

There was no legal justification for, the prosecution (Bernie de la Ronda is just a tool) to hide and purposely delay *said info* from opposing counsel

No violations, no sanctions, nothing.

:doh

Yes, delay tactics by the prosecution.
Which is why O'Mara had to force the issue.

Had the information been turned over like it should have been, there would be no request. Duh!

So the delay is all on the prosecution.

No violations, no sanctions, nothing.

This is a political/public case.....

Everything that has gone down *politically* before trial was expected by O'mara

Wow, so much whine.

How about you start a thread detailing how this case is "political" as you claim, instead of claiming "politics" after being shown wrong...again...and again...and again...and again?

This case is heavily biased in favor of the prosecution....

Every defendant is entitled to a fair trial - it is fundamental to the whole process as anything, and it certainly looks as if that has been compromised in this case.

The Civil Procedure Law doesn't exist? BWAHhahahHHAHHA!!!!

Motions are evidence. BWAHhahah!

Wow, the fantasy world Zimmerheads live in is a funny place. LoL!
:doh

And again showing that you have no idea of what you speak and are only here to be disruptive.

Your take on this is quite absurd.

Not "nothing", as the Judge clearly ordered the information, if available, be turned over.
And not "nothing" for us here either as we have more information.

The Judge did not find any discovery violations because she did not see the "procedural prejudice" brought about by the Prosecution's not following the Court Rules regarding discovery.
But O'Mara did show that the Prosecution has not been following those rules for some time.
O'Mara clearly showed that the Prosecution has delayed discovery by months, even after many requests, even to the point of ignoring those requests, and in some cases not informing the defense at all.

But as we all know, the Judge clearly ordered the information, if available, be turned over.

As I previously stated in reference to the phone records being requested.

They are entitled to any information on the or about the phone, as it is evidence.

Secondly, where are the phones ping records?

It was pretty clear that the Prosecution has been playing hide and seek with the defense.

Giving them a .bin file? :doh That is absurd and frankly doesn't qualify.
The prosecution needs to stop playing their stupid obfuscation game and give them the information retrieved from the .bin file.

Secondly.
One of those pieces of information that the Prosecution didn't even inform the defense of, was the what they found out by requesting the FDLE files, which was Trayvon had clearly traveled outside of a direct route to and from 7/11 and the place he was staying. Go figure.

And another piece we discover is that DumDum didn't really write the letter. This keeps getting better and better for Zimmerman.

And then we have the following which I also previously presented.

Secondly, it goes directly to Tracy's claim that he changed his mind as to who was screaming after hearing the cleaned up recording.
They are entitled to it.
Most likely it doesn't exist, and thus will just be another one of the lies coming from the family and team Crump.
It was shown that no cleaned up version exists in which Tracy would have listened to.
Again showing that Crump was lying.
Like I said; This keeps getting better and better for Zimmerman.

No discovery violations, waived immunity hearing, O'Mara throwing GZ under the bus....oh yeah good day for justice. GZ closer, and closer to his prison sentence.

See. Exactly what I said. Your take on this is quite absurd.

And what do you think is "throwing" Zimmerman under the bus?

I had to go to a meeting and only got to see part of the hearing... what was the part about dee's letter?

yea; who wrote the letter if not deedee

My bad on how I wrote that.
She had assistance.

Not only that, but that DumDum's interview conducted by Crump was in front of Trayvon's mother. :slapme:

Somebody named Francine supposedly assisted her in writing it.

The assistance revelation starts @ about the 8:45 mark.
The video is not in sync with the audio.

The following exchange happened @ the 9:54 mark.

O'Mara - And was it further at a later date date that we identified a witness, uhm, who helped her in writing that letter.

West - Yes, when ,uhm, when we talked to her about her trip to Jacksonville, she told us, to, for the first time we that knew about it, that she had been escorted there by a friend. She didn't know the friends name, but she told us her first name, Francine, I believe. And ...

BDLR - Your Honor, I object ...

We also find out at the 11:02 mark that a different iteration of that letter also exists.

No sanctions for personal attacks.
And btw, there were no formal sanctions, but the crap BDLR said is going to be removed from the record because it was wrong of him to do.
Another Judge wouldn't have been so lenient.

Hey Jack. You just made another thread in which this entire case can be settled on.

A new piece of evidence everybody, presented on this forum by the OP, JackFrost.
http://www.debatepolitics.com/zimme...gains-more-than-100-pounds-weight-factor.html

Zimmerman got FAT. That means HE IS GUILTY. The case is over. You can all go home. JackFrost settled it. When a man is FAT and when he got more FAT, he is GUILTY! GUILTY I TELL YOU!

So don't bother with all this non-sense about real facts, data, prosecutorial conduct. The man GAINED WEIGHT! That means he's GUILTY. What more do you want?!

I do what I can.

You should be in the next gladiator movie as a gladiator. You already said you're not afraid if your life hangs in the balance and you would know not to get fat. Because as we found out, people who get fat are GUILTY!

They could be innocent or guilty. Either way, if they let the stress show as in Zimmerman's case, it will be used against them.
