Your take on this is quite absurd.
Not "nothing", as the Judge clearly ordered the information, if available, be turned over.
And not "nothing" for us here either as we have more information.
The Judge did not find any discovery violations because she did not see the "procedural prejudice" brought about by the Prosecution's not following the Court Rules regarding discovery.
But O'Mara did show that the Prosecution has not been following those rules for some time.
O'Mara clearly showed that the Prosecution has delayed discovery by months, even after many requests, even to the point of ignoring those requests, and in some cases not informing the defense at all.
But as we all know, the Judge clearly ordered the information, if available, be turned over.
As I previously stated in reference to the phone records being requested.
It was pretty clear that the Prosecution has been playing hide and seek with the defense.
Giving them a .bin file? :doh That is absurd and frankly doesn't qualify.
The prosecution needs to stop playing their stupid obfuscation game and give them the information retrieved from the .bin file.
Secondly.
One of those pieces of information that the Prosecution didn't even inform the defense of, was the what they found out by requesting the FDLE files, which was Trayvon had clearly traveled outside of a direct route to and from 7/11 and the place he was staying. Go figure.
And another piece
we discover is that DumDum didn't really write the letter. This keeps getting better and better for Zimmerman.
And then we have the following which I also previously presented.
It was shown that no cleaned up version exists in which Tracy would have listened to.
Again showing that Crump was lying.
Like I said; This keeps getting better and better for Zimmerman.
