My point is that there has been extensive damage to Gaza by the Israeli response to Hamas' actions on October 7.
Whatever condition exists in Gaza as a consequence of war is the responsibility of the Gaza and its government, Hamas.
The war would be over if Hamas surrendered. Can you understand that?

"who feeds their enemies" is the quandary-- continued military pressure on Gaza will necessarily result in non-combatant suffering until Hamas surrenders. Hamas, alone, is responsible for the continuation of the war.

My point is that HAMAS is responsible for the continued war which has resulted in infrastructure damage, disruption of water, power and roads, and the concomitant inconveniences and indignities suffered by those civilians in Gaza.
All war has side effects.
Let me put it this way, if the hostages were released and Hamas leaders and soldiers surrendered, and, then, Israel instituted a policy to exterminate Palestinians by famine, THAT would be a war crime. What you are complaining about is the natural consequence of continued war that is being continued by Hamas.
