Yesterday on his radio program, Beck was speaking about FreedomWorks, a sponsor of his program. He was speaking about how FreedomWorks wanted to raise $200,000 by Nov. 2nd. A hacker fixed the site so that the server would go down at that moment.

Too bad FreedomWorks has raised over $144,000 already. Didn't quite work, did it? :)

I would love to see a law making any hacking a felony punishable by a minimum 5 year prison sentence no exceptions for any reason.

I would go farther and say that anyone who hacks any government, private or public utility provider would receive a mandatory 25 year sentence in Federal prison no exceptions and any juvenile would be held until he or she is 25 no exceptions.

And this is regardless if there is damage or not.

Yes, there's no better way to prove someone's "evil" than by doing something nasty to him.

You seem to want to see government interference so long as it goes along with your beliefs.
