Free speech and ALL speech needs to be allowed on Twitter, does that mean you believe that should included targeted hate speech against Jews?

Is hate speech against Jews free speech? Should this be allowed on Twitter?

Boy it's frustrating when someone asks you a direct question, again and again - and all they do is troll.

Isn't that frustrating, Josie?

Who is a troll?

What was she suspended for if not the Kyle Rittenhouse tweet? Why do you disbelieve that she was suspended for that?

I didn't post that. What were you replying to?

Yes, it should be allowed.

Will be interesting to see what happens to twitter's brand if there's another Tree of Life-type massacre and it's revealed he got some of his inspiration on someone's twitter feed.

The Spotify example ought to be a warning. Yes, Joe Rogan is fine, but Spotify is not. That would be my cautionary tale for letting bigotry proliferate on the platform. Twitter's a *business* - their policies are largely to protect the business, not SJW snowflakes who pissed in their pants the night Hillary lost the election.

Now you're just making stuff up.
Yep, someone in this thread certainly is. C'mon, man - find me an article in something other that "The Federalist" that supports this BS claim.

All speech is free speech...even speech one person/group or another doesn't like.

Where I draw the line is with action...and speech is not action.

Look, if some nutjob is standing on the street corner spouting what you call hate speech, do you think that person should be forced to stop? Or, does that person have the right to say whatever they want? I say it's the latter. If I don't want to hear what that person is saying, I'll move on or ignore the nutjob.

Now...if that nutjob starts physically attacking people they don't like...THEN something needs to be done.
Yes, exactly. Free Speech is vital in America. The left uses emotion to condemn what it doesn't want to be heard and whatever message they want to promote. Emotion is not what should determine our laws, our rights and our freedoms.
I believe more people will condemn "hate speech" if it really is hate speech, than will support it.

Yep. If he had any evidence he would have posted it.

You didn't post what?

You saying that the Kyle Rittenhouse tweet wasn't why she was suspended.

What tweet got her suspended?
It's so obvious. I'm sure you already have the answer - your intelligent posts give you away.

Yep. If he had any evidence he would have posted it.
So, I just posted, "Rittenhouse did nothing wrong" on Twitter. Let's give it 2 days. If I don't get banned will you admit you're lying?

You'd have to go back to 2020 to make the tweet.

Are your tweets protected or available for all to see?

This would make more sense if it were before the trial and you had 1000's of people reading your tweets. I don't think your mom is going to report you. She may have you over for cookies.

I wasn't speaking to you.

You're on a public forum. You're speaking to everyone.

Are your tweets protected or available for all to see?

LOL... wow.. look at this verbal tap-dance you're doing.

Alright - we both know I'm correct. The claim you can get banned for just stating an opinion that someone is innocent is total BS.

You're asking some very personal questions. I can't help but be a little offended. I'm so sorry, I don't think you're able to post reasonably at this point, I feel your posts are getting more and more hysterical and I think it's best that you and I pause.

Would Twitter be wrong for suspending her for saying that?

I'm watching for your tweet. I don't see it yet.

Kyle Rittenhouse is a murderer

In America, your guarantee of free speech is only from the government. Can your boss fire you for advocating a political position she disagrees with? Yes. Can a restaurant kick you out because you are speaking too loudly about your grandkids? Yes. Can you be denied entrance to an event because you say kittens and puppies are cute? Absolutely.

I suppose you believe it ought to be okay to threaten people? Because that speech is not protected.

Kyle Rittenhouse is a murderer
Kyle Rittenhouse is a killer <-- that is accurate. Technically you can't call him a murderer because he was found, "not guilty" in that kangaroo court in Kenosha. If he could get a date, he'd be dating teenage girls. Doesn't that make him a .. pedophile?

But back to the subject of the thread. There's no way that poster was banned for that one Tweet. There were a series of abuses that led up to it.

FREE SPEECH FREE SPEECH!!! He killed a person and was underage with a gun pretending to be a medic. One cannot say he is innocent and did nothing wrong.

@shaunking

Ask ANY conservative this question and watch them STRUGGLE to answer it. Since you say free speech and ALL speech needs to be allowed on Twitter, does that mean you believe that should included targeted hate speech against Jews? Should that be allowed? Be specific and clear.
Didn't he already unban MTG?
