In this post-DEI utopia we're living in, where merit is key, is Frank Bisignano qualified for the job of over overseeing arguably the most important agency in government?

If don't want to watch the video, the guy literally doesn't know what the job is for and had to Google it.

It would be interesting to hear what he sounds like when he's sober.

... that was a pack of smokes talking, right?

In the public sector you don't need any qualifications because you're not doing anything that creates any value or producing anything people would voluntarily pay for.

Sure, if human lives are not valuable.

'Social Security plays a vital role in reducing poverty in the United States, lifting more people above the poverty line than any other program. According to the Supplemental Poverty Measure (SPM), which accounts for government non-cash benefits, tax-based benefits, and necessary expenses, Social Security has the greatest anti-poverty effects among all programs.

Without Social Security, the poverty rate for adults aged 65 and older would rise from 14.2% to 47.1% using the SPM.2 Additionally, Social Security lifts 959,000 children above the poverty line.23 This program is particularly important for older women and people of color, who often have fewer retirement resources outside of Social Security.

Research shows that Social Security drastically reduces poverty for the elderly, with two-thirds of the elderly being considered poor without income from Social Security.3 It also significantly reduces poverty across various family types, reducing the rate of poverty among households with elderly residents by 75%.

However, while Social Security benefits help to narrow the wealth gap between high-wage and low-wage workers in retirement, many low-income workers still face a high probability of poverty during retirement.

Despite its significant impact, there is room for improvement in the Social Security program to provide a true guarantee against poverty in old age.'

Did Trump nominate him? Well, there's the answer, of course he isn't...but he makes big contributions $$
