I guess that you can get some people to say anything that you pay them enough to say.
Things getting sticky with Tim.

Trump's co-campaign chair is Chris LaCivita, who was involved in the "Swift Boat" attacks on Kerry, and Trump is stuck in the past.wals retired from the National Guard in May 2005.
Kolb became commander in August.
I wonder how much longer the right wing noise machine and Murdoch media is going to flog this sleazy “swift boat” attacks before they realize it isn’t going to work.
What do you mean "didn't even serve"?This kind of attack also falls in nicely in the "mind your own damn business" category, especially coming from Trump who didn't even serve. Sourpuss and Grumpus are doing themselves no favors.

Not sure where the “retired four years late” comes from?Like how Walz claims to have retired four years late after a tour supporting the war in Afghanistan?
First Battalions don't have leaders, platoons do. He was the former commander and not there when Walz was assigned and retired. He wasn't 'boots on the ground' when it happened.

Stupid post is stupid. I can keep two thoughts in my head at once. I can still be grateful for his service and think he is talking out of turn as someone who wasn't even in the battalion at the same time.Without even reading a single reply to this thread, something tells me there isn’t one Harris/Walz supporter that appreciates John Kolb’s service now.![]()

Of course Trump supporters are gonna vote for Trump hence the whole “Trump supporter” label.Without even reading a single reply to this thread, something tells me Trump supporters are still going to vote for someone who dodged the draft by fraudulently claiming he had bone spurs and who also called military personnel "suckers" and "losers" all while attacking and disparaging Walz, someone who served 24 years in the Guard and also worked to help veterans on the Veterans Affairs committee while in Congress.
Follow-up from CNN interview.
Jesus, dude. It's the same damn thing.
You're showing a remarkable level of cluelessness,I can defend her, she brings hope to this country
He (the speaker) was ALREADY Command Sgt Major. Walz was in line to move to HIS posting, but Walz blew it off when he knew was going to retire. Which brings up the OTHER controversy. Calling himself Command Sgt Major when he had not actually achieved the rank. He was assigned the rank but never passed the required training to get the permanent promotion, meaning he didn't have the rank.He sounds like someone who is still butt-hurt over being initially passed over for a promotion given to Walz.
Yet when it came time to face the enemy, he choose to retire. How is that different? And to be clear a LOT OF PEOPLE avoided the draft in the 60s and 70s. A LOT OF PEOPLE on both sides of the political spectrum. This isn't breaking news anymore. It's also not breaking news you're going to vote for a draft dodger and smear the dude who served 24 years in the Guard.
Your boy can't even finish a sentence. You're showing a remarkable level of cluelessness,
Thats assuming you actually had a point or grasped what it is you wrote out.
So far, Harris is known largely for three signature performances—serially berating staff and prompting mass resignations, hiring child actors to fake a spontaneous meet and greet to discuss “space,” and her role as our “border czar,” who ostensibly oversaw millions of illegal aliens streaming across an open border, neither vaccinated nor tested at a time of a surging pandemic.
In the end, Harris too is now back where she began: a myth. She was originally politicized by mentor, paramour, and aging Willie Brown. He jump-started his then young girlfriend by putting her on a number of well-compensated state boards. Soon she was San Francisco city and then county attorney, known mostly for calibrating prosecutorial policy according to the ideology and interests of the influential.
He served for 24 years FFS, did you expect him to be in the military for life? He had the years, he had the points, he retired.Yet when it came time to face the enemy, he choose to retire. How is that different? And to be clear a LOT OF PEOPLE avoided the draft in the 60s and 70s. A LOT OF PEOPLE on both sides of the political spectrum.
Trump & I were pretty good friends from 1969-1971 then I left the singles sceneYour boy can't even finish a sentence.
And, he is a rapist and a felon, etc.
Cults.....
Who cares?Trump & I were pretty good friends from 1969-1971 then I left the singles scene
after getting married in '71. On friday nights during that period we'd meet up at
Maxwell's Plum the #1 singles bar in Manhattan.
We argued all the time about who graduated from the best college. Seems to me
in this day and age of polarization even those opposed to Trump, ought to recognize
that anyone with a degree from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania doesn't
need anyone defending his IQ!
We had 3 options in those days, get drafted (US) join the guard like I did (NG) or sign upNow, how about that Bone Spurs guy who actually avoided the draft?
Look at you failing at man-splaining...We had 3 options in those days, get drafted (US) join the guard like I did (NG) or sign up
for 3 years (RA). Trump was 2 or 3 years younger than I & kept his student deferment until
he was relieved by a high draft number like every other sensible student. Few things you guys
throw up against Trump stick even if some anti-Trump stories have a bit of merit,
it's amazing how you continue to try especially when this draft dodger label you
put on him has no merit at all.
Compare Trump's upbringing with the guys your types worship like Bill Ayres. Ayres father was much more in the loop than Trump's father was probably wealthier. CEO of Consolidated Edison
of Illinois, & politically linked to the Daily machine how did his two sons
turn out. One was a terrorist the other high tailed it to Canada like lots of leftwingers who took that way out.
