Oh, so now he wants FCC to pull the transmitter licenses for ABC's owned and operated stations?
The ABC Owned Television Stations (O&Os) are eight stations that are owned and operated by Disney Entertainment Television:

• WABC-TV: New York channel 7.3
• KABC-TV: Los Angeles channel 7.3
• WLS-TV: Chicago channel 7.3
• WPVI-TV: Philadelphia channel 6.3
• KTRK-TV: Houston channel 13.3
• KGO-TV: San Francisco channel 7.3
• WTVD-TV: Raleigh-Durham channel 11.3
• KFSN-TV: Fresno channel 30.3
  
  Since 90-95 percent of viewers in these markets get their local programming over cable, streaming or satellite, that means ABC would go dark for
  something like two hundred fifty thousand viewers total in all eight markets....out of a total viewership of something like thirty to forty million.
  And most of those affected viewers, by the way, would be in rural portions of those markets, exactly the people Trump is trying to reach.
  
  Cable and satellite are private subscriber services thus they do not require an FCC licensed transmitter.

If it doesn't radiate out of an antenna into the air, for the purpose of reception by an antenna sticking up into the air, the Federal Communications Commission DOES NOT LICENSE IT.
Cable does not transmit from an antenna, and it is not using THE PUBLIC AIRWAVES.
Satellite DOES use an antenna but the frequencies it transmits on are NOT PUBLIC, they are privately owned.
Cable and satellite viewers are subscribers, therefore they are not "THE PUBLIC".
Streaming uses the internet, also a SUBSCRIBER service and therefore NOT PUBLIC.

Now you understand the basics behind FCC licensing, and next time some idiot talks about revoking the license of a cable channel, or a network, that's when you know you're listening to an idiot.
