That's irrelevant, he wasn't captured on a government camera.
I can't tell what they are. The one guy almost looks like he could be Israeli for Christs sake. Not that I'm saying he is, just kinda looks like he could be.
Mediterranean could be Greek - American too. Hard to say.

My KEYWORD was "IF"
how would you feel IF the bomber on caught on a corner camera. Mixed feelings, right?
The white hat guy looks like a punk. The arrogance and nonchalance with which he is walking disgusts me - at least have some reverence for the **** you're about to pull. It's like he's just doing it for ****s and giggles. I wonder though what he planned on doing after the attacks as he doesn't seem at all concerned about being recognized.
I disagree. I think it's advantageous to release these pics to the public. Would you rather have a few hundred people knowing what you look like of thousands upon thousands? I think it's quite clear.
But i expect this from you as a Debbie downer.

I'm still amazed that security footage still looks like this. It's probably more difficult/expensive than I'm imagining, but still, you would think by now businesses/cities would have something better.
I don't like the cameras everywhere either, but it's not unwarranted search in any stretch of the imagination.
But you are out in PUBLIC. To my knowledge, you are not entitled to privacy law in public, right?
How is camera surveillance a search of your person, for Heaven's sake? On a public street -- hell, in your own driveway -- you should have absolutely no expectation of privacy.
But you are out in PUBLIC. To my knowledge, you are not entitled to privacy law in public, right?
But do you really think someone would be watching those cameras 24hrs a day to see if you are picking your nose? No. They would be used to review criminal activity such as this bombing.
It makes me wonder more about the potential motives. I would think that if white hat guy was truly fighting for a "cause", he might be a little less nonchalant. The people who do these kinds of things like this especially if they not at war are generally very soulless and psychopathic. They don't really have feelings the way you or I would. I tend to think of them as rabid dogs fit only to be put down.
That doesn't sound too bad for big businesses and governments. They need to get on that.A few grand for something good, when I checked a while ago, I thought?
I have the right to secure person, papers, property, and effects from unreasonable search and seizure. Monitoring is a form of search.
LOL, I agree. They are one of the reasons I generally go into a place with a drive through - to avoid the stress. I would think that by now they might even have cameras so that we can see the lips moving on the person taking the order. But alas, businesses are cheap mofos.I'm even MORE amazed at the quality of speakers at drive-throughs. What are they thinking??
But filming a cop in public is a crime. :2wave:

My rights do not cease to exist in public.
I thought it was stupid to not get these photos widespread in the public IMMEDIATELY.
so a cop sitting on at the street corner watching people is infringing upon your rights, correct?
