How many of the 17000 were actually work related?

She only used one device at a time. When one blackberry would malfunction she had her aide go buy a new one. Over the four year period as Sec. of State she used 8 mobile devices in total. The FBI is also counting devices she used after she left her job.

They went by the email headers and names...so it's reasonable to assume they missed some...just as it's reasonable to assume some personal emails were included in the emails turned over to state.

According to the FBI they weren't. that is why they didn't find a lot of them and the only way they knew they were
there is that other people responded to the threads.

The FBI recovered emails...from other sources than Hillary's servers...that indicated that Hillary...through HER private servers...communicated with them on work-related matters. Those communications from Hillary, which she should have given to the State Department were not there...hence she deleted work-related emails.

So...she lied about turning over all work-related emails and she deleted work-related emails.

I'm not assuming a damned thing. She did lie. They found email chains amongst those that were deleted as purported private emails that were official business and contained classified information as well.

We now have 17000 emails that cannot be recovered but that we know were deleted. Although it cannot be proven, it can be inferred that they contain official emails as well and not just private emails as Hillary has proven she is not to be trusted on this subject.
