Can I just say "uh oh". Because that's the best response. "Uh" the hell "Oh".
The hits just keep on coming.

Something tells me that this isn't legal, but what do I know..Prosecutors initially obtained documents and interviews last spring from many of the Republicans who signed false certificates to the federal government, asserting they were the rightful electors for Trump in seven battleground states won by Joe Biden.
How on earth can it not be illegal?? The only reason I can come up with for why they haven't already been charged with attempted obstruction of justice is in the hopes they will save themselves and flip on who ever put them up to this. Fingers crossed!Something tells me that this isn't legal, but what do I know..![]()
Some of our favorite cast of clowns in the Pub House?Indictments are coming. I'm sure that's set in stone.
I'd also wager that I know the names of some that are on the indictment list.
Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley and Mo Brooks possibly.Agreed. I wonder if any politicians will be added to that.
Hopefully prosecutors bring in this guy for questioning if they haven't already.“We would just be sending in ‘fake’ electoral votes to Pence so that ‘someone’ in Congress can make an objection when they start counting votes, and start arguing that the ‘fake’ votes should be counted,” Jack Wilenchik, a pro-Trump lawyer based in Arizona, wrote in an email to his colleagues.”

The Fake Electors Scheme, Explained (Published 2022)
The plan to reverse the outcome of the 2020 election by creating slates of electors pledged to Donald Trump in states he had lost was expansive, long-running and often confusing.www.nytimes.com
And likely every lead elector in the 6 or 7 states that participated. If not all of them being charged with perjury. Every single one of them signed a fake document and submitted it to congress as certified.I'd wager that indictments are likely for
John Eastman
Rudy Giuliani
Roger Stone
and possible for
Steve Bannon
and dickhead Donald
I think they are offered the option of limited immunity or standing trial. What they did, I assume is a crime. Knowing that they didn’t actually get selected. Smith is going for conspiracy as 5 separate states came up with the same scam at the same time. Or do sock minds think alike?I'd like to note that it's not just 'trades immunity', but rather, that people are entitled to not testify under the fifth amendment, and immunity is a way to force them to have to testify, removing the fifth amendment from the issue. It's not necessarily like he just says 'would you like to testify if I give you immunity?' IIUC it's more like 'I've ordered immunity. Now talk under oath or go to jail.'
I meant sick minds but sock kinda works.I think they are offered the option of limited immunity or standing trial. What they did, I assume is a crime. Knowing that they didn’t actually get selected. I think they could all be charged with 'Conspiracy to commit fraud against the United States'.
Yes, it's very good. LIMITED IMMUNITY; they definitely committed a crime and they deserve accountability. NO jail time for the truth, but LOTS of probation time and a full blown criminal record to go along with it.I think they are offered the option of limited immunity or standing trial. Ted Cruz had a different idea he tried to sell that involved a week's delay of counting the votes. I don't know what he thought a week would get him, but it brought things to the day before the inauguration.Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley and Mo Brooks possibly.
