I was replying directly to Gill, not the thread's topic or the event.
As a matter of fact, I had a bowl of Wheaties and a banana, after that I went to Starbucks for coffee. Soon after that they closed for the day.
Here is a much longer version of the video.
BRET BAIER: The 14th is the day you’re talking about. According to the e-mails and the time line, the CIA circulates new talking points after they’ve removed the mention of al Qaeda, and then at 6:21 the White House – you – add a line about the administration warning of September 10th of social media reports calling for demonstrations. True?
TOMMY VIETOR: I believe so.
BAIER: Did you also change “attacks” to “demonstrations” in the talking points?
VIETOR: Maybe. I don’t really remember.
BAIER: You don’t remember?
VIETOR: Dude, this was like two years ago. We’re still talking about the most mundane process.
BAIER: Dude, it is the thing that everybody is talking about.
VIETOR: We’re talking about the process of editing talking points. That’s what bureaucrats do all day long. Your producers edit scripts multiple times.

I don't know why you keep reposting this video everybody already saw the whole exchange? Do you actually believe that having this Keanu Reeves like spokesman for the NSA repeat what he said makes your point stronger? The white house was attempting to cover up their failed national security policy in Libya after the attacks just prior to the election. They sent Susan Wright out to take a bullet for Hillary because Hillary had 'bumped her head' and wasn't available. Bottom line is the white house lied about what happened for political gain.
When Nixon lied nobody died.
This specific event was recent though.Tis is long past breaking news, it needs to move on. To "Conspiracy theories"
Your bottom line is BS, you can't prove it.
I really don't understand how liberals can be so cold.
I don't know, remember the thousands killed by Iraq lies? Haven't reached that coldness yet.
The point us, the lie was at worse about who sparked the killing and one that led people to be killed. And that lie was corrected rather quickly and with an admission of mistakes being made. As no law was broken, how much do you think can be done?
"DUDE, Bush was like 5 years ago "
And refusing to honor a Congressional Subpoena is against the Law.
The LIE wasn't "Corrected quickly" at all.
Obama brought up the video on the 25th and still hasn't admitted to misleading the public because he valued his Political welfare over the Truth.
I think I addressed the subpoena thing earlier. I showed other presidents have ignored them, Bush being the mist recent before Obama(there's that pesky comparison showing your hypocrisy), and the republican Newt saying presidents don't have to. So, by precedence, no law has been broken.
No, American. The blatant arrogance belongs to those who have been passionately screaming "Benghazi" for political points the last few years, yet don't give one flying **** about those who died.

We'll have to wait and see, and whats Newt Gingrich and Bush have to do with any of this ?
Documents that were crucial to the Senate Bi-Partisan Committees investigation were held back, and old documents were suddenly declared top secret.
Hillary and Obama were literally crafting a false narrative about a attack that cost four Americans their lives while the attack was under way .
You guys have soke nerve criticizing Bush for anything considering how corrupt that is
Maybe no crime was committed, but dereliction of duty is an impeachable offense.
NSC Spokesman On Benghazi: Dude, That Was Two Years Ago - Business Insider
The brazen arrogance is familiar isn't it? It's what we've come to expect of an elitist, egotistical, maniacal administration.
Who is Ben Ghazi fellow and why do the republicons keep pushing him?

No idea who The Commander in Chief is, huh? Hint: It ain't Ben Rhodes!Maybe, but that would offense would likely not be placed on the president, but someone well down the chain of command.

[emphasis added by bubba to make my point below]
congressman mckeon, GOP chair of the armed services committee:
now let's compare that fact with the previous republican president cited in the video insisting he was not concerned with osama bin laden
your team screwed the pooch, allowing dubya to start a foolish war while not pursuing osama bin laden, yet now wants to incriminate the current administration, an administration which has been found by the republican chair of the house armed forces committee to say "we have no evidence that Department of State officials delayed the decision to deploy what few resources DoD had available to respond."

You understand the implication of Hillary and Obama hammering out a false narrative about a Video while our Consulate was still under attack dont you ?
Hillary sent out a Press release that night about a Video, while the State Department confirmed that a group loyal to Al Qaeda was responsible.
Benghazzi is being "pushed" because lying to the American public and the Family members over the death of four American because it was Politically expedient is a despicable act.
The problem with Benghazi is NOT military- there are people of good faith who say it would have been impossible to relieve the compound.
The problem is that the administration made a claim as to the cause of the attack-- the video. The plausibility of that claim was sketchy at the time, and has since been discredited. And its becoming apparent that it was a POLITICAL explanation, crafted so as to avoid the administration having to explain failures on its anti-terror strategy during a presidential campaign.
The reason why it is being found again in "Breaking "News" is that is seems the origin of 'it was all about a video" was from inside the communication dept of the White House.
And still meanwhile--- the man who shot the video, remains in jail.
Were any laws broken? Not sure if there are any claims that there were. Clearly, there was lot of clusterf*ck going on, and Congress does have oversite responsibility and authority.
The president has yet to explain his actions and his whereabouts, during the attack. Perhaps it is time he did.
It's well past time somebody asks him directly.
