Elena Kagan White House "Interview" Riles Reporters

I know CBS is outraged. It's stupid. She was nominated less than a week ago. Being upset because no one has gotten an interview yet is stupid. The WH cannot control CBS being stupid. The WH has done nothing wrong. You trying to make a big deal out of this is stupid.

it's a lot more than cbs that's stupid

it's the entire press corps who are acting all stupid

Why reporters are down on President Obama - Josh Gerstein and Patrick Gavin - POLITICO.com

it's really kinda stupid for them ALL to be acting so stupid, don'tcha think?

LOL!

Your story was from before the Kagan nomination. I know staying on topic is really hard, but you could at least try.

By the way, it's not Obama's job to make the press corps happy.

LOL!

Got any other mindless whines?

LOL!

Holy complete and total fail. She clearly and distinctly said "surgeon general". All you have to do is actually listen to the video that you linked to. It's a three minute video, hardly alot of time, and would save yourself from much embarrassment.

LOL!

the story's not about surgeon generals

it's about the "cross section of television, newspaper and magazine journalists who cover the white house"

and how the administration has "lost all that goodwill"

because the white house is universally perceived as, "thin skinned," "controlling," "stingy," "hostile," "fail[ing] to live up to the pledge" to be open, "vitriolic," "profane," "high decibel..."

how very unflattering

"controlling" is probably the adjective cbs would use to describe THIS little incident

Go back, read the first post of this thread, that I was replying to, then you will understand my comments. Do you need me to hold your hand and explain any other complex ideas like water is wet?

she (kagan) clearly and distinctly said SURGEON GENERAL---LOL!

what an idiot

that STUPID po'd cbs reporter, i mean

LOL!

Hey, if the article is wrong, oops, my bad.

I DO have a PC now, I can surf the webz!

However, it's not that GREAT. Can't watch video's, they chug like a mofo.. It has 372megs of PC133 ram.. till I can upgrade that...

Not much I can do.

Best you refrain from passing an opinion then, doncha think?

I would chat with her when I'm feeling particularly snarky, but I wouldn't ever call her on the phone.
