Which, of course, is complete bullshit. He's just saying what Maggot told him to say so he can skirt the Supreme Court ruling and claim he can't force the El Salvador president to release him.

He's obviously flouting the Supreme Court and one hopes the Supreme Court justices will take not of his utter lack of respect for them.

This is so disgraceful. Our FF's would be spinning in their graves.

It's laughably ridiculous, as were the administration's claims that they couldn't do anything about it either. It's an obvious stall tactic accentuated with idiotic trolling by Bukele when he posted that "too late, oopsie" nonsense. The double down on dumb by Bukele is calling Garcia a terrorist, which is absurd.

We're paying this shithead to house these people. In that sense, he is our employee. If we tell him to release someone back to the US (not within his country, as he idiotically implied in his remarks) he damn well better do it!

Garcia will have an "accident" and Righties everywhere will be going "so what, who cares?"

Indeed! As we've still seen no proof that he's even alive now.

You clearly know not of what you speak. Nor can you prove your assertion of something you call a "Maggot" telling him what to say.

In addition.
SCOTUS has no jurisdiction over what another country does, and they cannot tell him to do anything.

SCOTUS has jurisdiction over what OUR country does.

And we are the ones paying the bill for these people to be housed.

This is egregious and shameful.

If you're defending this dumpster fire of a scenario, you had better change your signature. You obviously care about neither law, nor reason.

Not in relation to the President's sole authority.

Another post that is as idiotic as it is hilarious and just as irrelevant.
Figures.

Trump allow a foreign leader to defy the Supreme court in the Oval Office and he is still defended by "patriotic" right wing politicians, media and voters.

From your source:

"In an Oval Office meeting with President Trump on Monday, President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador said that he would not return a Maryland man who was wrongly deported from the United States and sent to a notorious prison in El Salvador...

The Trump administration has said in court that the deportation of Mr. Abrego Garcia was an “administrative error.” In 2019, an immigration judge had barred the United States from deporting him, saying he might face violence or torture if sent to El Salvador. He came to the United States illegally in 2011.

The Supreme Court last week ordered the administration to “facilitate” Mr. Abrego Garcia’s return. But in a legal filing on Sunday, the Justice Department argued that the courts lacked the ability to dictate steps the White House should take to return Mr. Abrego Garcia, because only the president had the power to handle U.S. foreign policy."

75 percent of those sent to the horrific prison also lacked criminal conviction.

My post was apparently spot on. The truth obviously hurt you, and now you are crying.

"Nuh-uh! You are!"

Super compelling rebuttal, dude.

The President doesn’t have “sole authority” when it comes to deportations.

🤷‍♀️

But…it’s cute to watch people defend this. So do continue.
