He's obviously flouting the Supreme Court and one hopes the Supreme Court justices will take not of his utter lack of respect for them.

It's laughably ridiculous, as were the administration's claims that they couldn't do anything about it either. It's an obvious stall tactic accentuated with idiotic trolling by Bukele when he posted that "too late, oopsie" nonsense. The double down on dumb by Bukele is calling Garcia a terrorist, which is absurd.
 
We're paying this shithead to house these people. In that sense, he is our employee. If we tell him to release someone back to the US (not within his country, as he idiotically implied in his remarks) he damn well better do it!

SCOTUS has no jurisdiction over what another country does, and they cannot tell him to do anything.

Trump allow a foreign leader to defy the Supreme court in the Oval Office and he is still defended by "patriotic" right wing politicians, media and voters.
