Early US intel assessment suggests strikes on Iran did not destroy nuclear sites, sources say

Before and After strike can be seen here.

Also CNN:

The money quote:

“You will achieve something NO American president in decades could get done. Europe is going to pay in a BIG way, as they should, and it will be your win. Safe travels and see you at His Majesty’s dinner.”

(Ibid)

Maybe they tried to get it to trump but were rejected because it would make trump look stupid
So they leaked it to the media

If Baghdad Barbie Leavitt knew about it the president certainly knew about it.

Acknowledging a report exists is one thing, acknowledging what it says another
Maybe this report is like one of those brain scans that can be misread. Which party is misreading, I won't hazard a guess.

I can't really imagine wanting to lose a cush cool job, unless they were promised a better cush cool job.

Did you read the OP article? Before attempting to engage in debate?

The White House specifically stated the report is "flat-out wrong".

Here:

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told CNN in a statement: “This alleged assessment is flat-out wrong and was classified as ‘top secret’ but was still leaked to CNN by an anonymous, low-level loser in the intelligence community.

If that's even remotely close to being true we've just given Iran incredible motivation to actually build a bomb and they will be able to accomplish it much faster than we might have expected

As though religious fanatics inspired to resist the “Great Satan” would need any additional motivation. 😆

More than likely a liberal illegally leaked it to CNN, plus how does anyone really know to date? Just more of the same ole......lefties causing problems.
Yup this whole mess is entirely the fault of DP lefties and has nothing to do with the Trump administrations ongoing pathological lying problem.

Not surprised. Mentioned this in other thread.

Patriotism to me would imply a republic, and that ended a few months ago. Now there is only spite.

I'd like to think there's still plenty of us that support the Constitution, including many in the Pentagon.

Well then, Iran can't be big mad. Not sure why they need to keep enriched uranium, but sounds like it all worked out for everyone.

Just an FYI, there is another thread that had already been started on the topic, maybe they can be merged.

Is it time for the most peaceful president ever to start bombing again?

Asking so I can let the Nobel Peace Prize people know.

😂

If Baghdad Barbie Leavitt knew about it the president certainly knew about it.
Well they know about it now but his underlings might have insulated trump initially because of Trump's ego

Yup this whole mess is entirely the fault of DP lefties and has nothing to do with the Trump administrations ongoing pathological lying problem.

CNN's story came from an anonymous source who improperly or illegally leaked the story.....please keep up.

“O what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.”
(This thread)

CNN runs with an early intel report with anonymous sources that has been strongly disputed, and the rest of you get busy spreading what is little more than the usual unsubstantiated rumor as the God's truth.

Good luck with that.

President Donald Trump wanted the brief and explosive American intervention in the Middle East to end with the satisfying tidiness of a prime-time season finale.

After days of stoking suspense over whether he would help Israel’s attacks on Iran, followed by a spectacular bombing mission against nuclear facilities, he announced a surprise ceasefire deal to bring the war to a close.

Trump even gave the conflict a definitive name — “THE 12 DAY WAR” — leaving no doubt that he viewed the storyline as complete.

And this is the real issue. Trump was trying to write a tough guy narrative, even naming it. There wasn't much thought as to how achievable or long-standing it can be. He's trying to pull a Reality TV episode using warfare to stroke his ego.

I guess the program infrastructure is very well protected.

Starting from the position that Iran can never possess a nuclear weapon, and taking into consideration that America's biggest bombs can't completely destroy their ability to produce one, what is the next step?

Israel won’t stake its survival on whatever Donald Trump or the U.S. does or doesn’t do. There will be a “Plan B.”
