It's in you User Profile...

Go to User CP in the navigation bar at the top of the pages...Then go to "edit profile"...

It's called "Custom User Title"...

That's how you change it, but this site used to have this available only to members with "X posts or a donating member...I don't know if that's still the case...

After 500 posts, title changing is available.
