I'm a DeGrasse fanboi
A worthy succesor to Sagan.
Not yet... Carl Sagan was a pioneer. He disregarded so many people telling him not to do what he did because "common people" were not ready to hear what he wanted to say.
Sagan is on a class of his own.
We don't have such a great scientist and a moral human being in our times... yet.
Perhaps, but DeGrasse Tyson can talk for hours and I never become tired of his thought process.
He is the one who should have his talk about being a young boy and becoming excited about astrophysics be played to our elementary students. He inspires you to learn more.
The guy is a badass, simple as that.
I would equate Michio Kaku more so with Sagan.
But DeGrasse and Kaku make it easier for the uneducated to understand.
Yes.I really doubt of the uneducated are watching them. They are busy watching the Dancing With The Stars.
Here is a talk from Dr Kaku and it is so on the spot. That isn't an exaggeration either.
Dr. Michio Kaku America Has A Secret Weapon - YouTube
Yes.
Our secret weapon are people like DeGrasse and Kaku.
It is also why the country should set standards on whom can immigrate and foster this type of education of our own.
Respectfully, I disagree.I think it would be great if they would create science and math clubs for kids that would equal the number of sport clubs across our country.
A worthy succesor to Sagan.
Have you heard the story about how Sagan took him on a tour of his school and spent the day with Tyson?
