Donald Trump undermined Canada on Huawei arrest, says former U.S. ambassador

Doesn't sound to me like China respects and admires Canada.

China is playing the same game as the US is - trying to blackmail Canada into doing what it wants to see done.

Since there is a way to do what China wants done in a way that the US cannot logically object to (and that is for the government of Canada to apply the laws of Canada to a Canadian legal situation) and since the word of Mr. Xi is a lot more trustworthy than the word of Mr. Trump, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that ended up being done.

Like I said...everyone ****s on Canada.

You know, they gotta be thinking global warming will be a real boon for Canada. The country finally thaws and look at all that great fertilizer they suddenly have in enormous, almost overwhelming abundance. :lamo

You wouldn't like Canada at all. Nothing but cities...everywhere. It's horrible here, absolutely horrible. Don't come. Not even for vacation. Yecch!
Is that your current tourism promotion poster is it?

I would have to assume just the cities of Orlando and Miami bring in more tourists than Canada.

Damn, just looked it up... Canada 16 million, Orlando 68 million and, hell, Miami itself just about tied all of Canada with 15.5 million.

I don't get it, do you? You'd think more people would like to visit all the great icicles in the Great White North, eh?
