DOJ seizes more classified docs from Biden's Wilmington home after 12-hour search

Of course he did. He could have done what the orange slob did and lied to them for 16 months.
Nah. He just hid them for over a decade. No biggie. Who can even keep track of all the Top Secret documents that they have? Probably no one.

Classified documents have not been found in four places, including Biden's garage, a closet, and a so-called think tank. If you think he is truly not aware of the documents in any of those locations, what do you think that says for his cognitive state?

Botton line is Biden has now possessed documents for six years that he was not entitled to possess.

I am all for politicians being held accountable, however we seem to have two tiers of justice. One for democrats and one for republicans. Hillary Clinton should be in prison for how she handled and ultimately attempted to destroy evidence of her handling of such documents and she was given a pass. Trump's Mara Lago estate was jack booted thug raided over simply hesitation of turning documents over to NARA quick enough. Biden has held possession of dcouments he was not as vice president entitled to possess away from the White House after he left office. It will be interesting to see if the Justice Dept treats Biden as Trump has been treated.
all of what you posted is your opinion.

Elected Officials need to be held to the same standards as the law is applied.

What is really telling is how you ignore what Trump did. So do you agree he should be held accountable?

Would you support disallowing Trump and Biden from ever holding a security clearance again? Considering that neither of them can be trusted with Top Secret documents?

Trump NEVER refused to return the documents.
Yeah, he did. That's what the search warrant was for.
They were in constant contact with the FBI on returning them. It was the FBI who agreed that he could keep them as long as he double-locked the door. Trump was president and as such, he had the authority to declassify. Biden did NOT and he had NO reason whatsoever to possess classified documents.
\
The same FBI people that set him up for Russian Collusion were involved with this raid.

Yeah, he did. That's what the search warrant was for.
He did not. He and his attorneys were in discussions about the return. Otherwise, why would the FBI tell him, "OK, then double lock the doors". What in the world would the FBI be concerned with after that? What was the big rush?

What crazy person would ever give either of those two security clearance again is what I am wondering too.

So, ummm, Trump declassifies BY MEMO, Crossfire Hurricane documents, the day before leaving office. I sent everyone the memo previously. That being the case, he was NOT in possession of classified material. At best, he was in possession of what amounts to the equivalent of White House silverware or tea cups or a chair he coveted. The Crossfire Hurricane documents, for the many here that are unread, are the ones involving the FBIs malfeasance and criminal acts in setting Trump up for collusion.

So we have found the first person that would give Donald Trump security clearance again. Innocent little lamb that he is.

Ummmm, get out of your little bubble. There are millions who realize Trump was gaslighted to death by the media and DNC. He declassified Crossfire Hurricane documents and therefore was NOT in possession of classified material.

Of course he wasn't (but really was) and you would still give Donald Trump security clearance.

Unless YOU can prove the documents that he had were NOT Crossfire Hurricane documents then my assertion that they were amounts to a stalemate, doesn't it? We KNOW for a fact that he declassified those documents. the memo was posted for all to see.

No one "gives" the president a security clearance (other than the voters)

But, but, but Biden "cooperated" LOL

He did (and is). 🤷‍♂️
Stealing Top Secret documents and hiding them for over 15 years is not cooperating. ANd telling the FBI they can't search certain rooms is not cooperating.

This is why the House didn't like a Special Counsel investigator being appointed to the case: they can't control the narrative coming out of the investigation and therefore won't be able to lead with this kind of idiocy.

If the House was in control they'd "conclude" that Biden kept millions of documents inside the pedo-grooming, child-trafficking pizza parlors.

Instead it's going to be something boring like "The system for tracking and returning government documents after a politician leaves office is imperfect and needs to be improved upon moving forward."

Prove intent without using the circular reasoning that he had the documents (you can't).

ANd telling the FBI they can't search certain rooms is not cooperating.

Wait, are we talking about Trump now?

You can give someone security clearance based on assertions and mind declassification powers all you want.

But in reality, that usually isn't how it works.

And I still have the same questions I had a year ago.

How do these documents leave a secured facility if you are not the President of the United States (I could see some lee-way as the Pres and VP) but god damn are our secrets so unguarded that they regularly get taken home, or to think tanks, or to wherever.

No one knows!

Boring answer (probably): It was always a lax system.

Biden's total document stash is smaller that the sample they strewed on Trump's office floor.
