Here it is, discuss............... Not sure there's too much to see here but it surely doesn't help little Donnie.

The FBI had probable cause to believe that records containing classified national defense information would be found at the Palm Beach, Florida, residence, according to an agent who wrote the 32-page affidavit.

“There is also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found” at Trump’s home, read an unredacted portion of the affidavit.

Trump is already bitching that it is too redacted. Basically the trumpanzee nation is about to come in here and bitch for the "Long-form" affidavit.
 
Chris Hayes had a great segment showing some of the history of trump attacks on Hillary's handling of classified information compared to his crimes, you can skip ahead to 2:00 if you like.

As redactions go, this is absolute boredom.

Heavy it is not, what a total of eight sentences? As far as I can see they spent most of them to remove the identity of the investigating agent....because we all know he's have to go into witness protection from "Trump Nation" who really seem to like violence and death threats.

What it DOES do is document the lengths to which the Archives group went to return their property to them. From what we've seen of Trump Nation the Archives will now become 'Trump enemy # 1' and their administrators' lives will be threatened.

You all don't get it....Trump wanted names! Thus removing the one name is "heavily redacted"

The bullshit never even slows, it just changes direction

Redacted to the point of telling us nothing. It just says the DOJ and FBI gets away with what it wants.
 
I am certain Trump only demands that the redacted affidavit be unsealed in whole is so that 1) his legion of unhinged followers can begin threatening the affiant and 2) so that he can use the refusal to make the unredacted affidavit public as supposed proof of the government hiding information that would exculpate Trump.

You must not have looked at the entire document.
Pages 9-28 ish is pretty heavily redacted (like an entire 15 or so pages). So most of the 'reasons' are all but impossible to follow. The initial pages though are not too bad.

But maybe read it further than page one, to the pages and pages that are NOT redacted. There's enough in there to put a lot of people away...like anyone who helped him.

Basically they don't mind us knowing the details of document based charges with regard to the probable cause on taking and unsafe storing and refusing to return those documents. Those are pretty cut and dried. they do want to keep under wraps most of the information on the obstruction charge most likely because they don't want to hand over the entire investigation before its finished or allow Trump and his allies to bully, harass witnesses or destroy evidence during the ongoing investigation.

People should be grateful for whatever crumbs they get. The affadavit details usually are kept secret until the discovery phase of a trial.

Yep, which is why I said it would wait.

But if this turns out to be an administrative thing because they can't hang him on 'classified' materials or 'nuclear secrets', then this is a loss for the Democrats and the DOJ.

You really do not see how easily you have been manipulated, do you? I had already mentioned the reason before you posted, and you still didn't see it.

Team Trump knew that it would have be redacted because duh, of course it would given the subject(s), and so they demanded it be released to fabricate a basis to complain about redaction. There you are, dancing on the table at their command and asking if they'd like a jig next.

Lot's of fun. Trump's own words, false claims, and hypocrisy, caught right on video, will be providing comedic fodder for historians to eat barbecue and drink beer over for at least the next hundred years.

I'm tickled by the image of Trump's maga-mob being forced to sit through him talking about protection of classified documents while they shield their eyes, plug their ears, and yell, "LA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA", all in a desperate attempt to hold on to their delusions about him. That being said, it is still no consolation knowing that he continues to date rape 1/3rd of the country with his long "stolen election" con.

At this point, I have very little confidence that the ****ing idiots who continue to come to his defense will ever come out of their caves, into the light, and breathe fresh air again. They are too addicted to their own Methane.
