The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

You do realize you live in a GOVERNED NATION and WE have a Federal Government and Federal Law applies for and within All 50 States and Territories.

Fine disputes between states and the federal government are resolved by the SUPREME COURT. Has Congress MADE any such law? DOJ doesn't make laws, BTW, they enforce them.

The Federal government can't do so on a whim. The states need to be notified of such reasons. Not just upholding federal law isn't a valid reason.

Because most people understand that the feds can monitor elections. We can't spend the whole class on the slow kid, ya know? What you said was obviously false, as shown by legal fed monitoring of every single election.
