DOJ Charges Activist Judge Boasberg With Misconduct

Trump's DOJ operates with its own set of rules, so how things were done in the past is no longer expected

I expect the conference to treat this with the dignity it deserves.

God forbid if we reach the point where a judge's protection of the people's fundamental constitutional rights becomes a reason for sanction. Shame on MAGA, you have completely lost touch with basic American values and are turning this country into a third-world dictatorship.

If Boasberg is that committed to looser immigration law he should run for Congress where his attempts to legislate would be legal.

I've edited the OP to reflect that. However it should be noted that the DOJ has ALREADY tried to recuse Judge Boasberg from ruling on an immigration case. It fell through. 😞

It would seem both you and the good judge would benefit from attending the same remedial class on Constitutional Law. Just make sure you don't skip the lecture on Article III.

Sure they do. The threat of crossing this administration means you lose your job, get sued, lose federal $$ that had been properly appropriated for your org or state/, etc. Then others are afraid to do the same and obey. It sends a clear message and as we can see...there are enough cases to show the trend.

They're perfect examples.
