That said if you actually wanted to properly do a forensic psychiatric profile on him you would find he could qualify under many categories of the Diagnostic Manual used by Psychiatists.

What is clear is he manipulates and lies using positions and their authority h e gains access to, to then create a cover of credibility to then access and control others. In that sense he is narcissistic and anti-social in personality components. His prevailing behaviour though probably is part of a border personality disorder with many features including narcissism, anti-socialism, pathological lying, obsessive compulsive rituals, and I would not be surprised if a man like this was not able to consumate sex, i.e., was impotent, incapable of maintaining any long term relationships intimate or otherwise, and would be someone excessively paranoid and most probably have phobias about cleanliness, what he eats and where he lives.

What has been somewhat apparent to me for many years is how men with power and money prey on females for sex. Now, since investigations into Greenberg and Gaetz have been ongoing, it appears that these two or more have teamed up to pursue their sexual predator games with girls and women. The most safe and accurate answer is access and opportunity. The key to a predator is that they seek out situations where they can get access to weaker people so that means opportunity and access and they key is opportunities where their target IS ALONE. So the predator looks for alienated people because alienated people are more likely to be lonely and seeking attention and approval and affection. After access and opportunity is the third key ingredient, power imbalance, a situation where the predator can exploit the vulnerability of the target. This is why to create access and opportunity most predators put themselves in a place of authority. It gives them instant credibility and power over their target. This is why predators put on uniforms of authority, i.e., entertainers, scout leaders, charity workers, teachers, clergy, Judges, police, doctors, any professionals. They use that uniform and take advantage of its inherent built in power of credibility and trust. They then look for weakness in an alienated person.
