My main arguments were already posted in General Discussions.

If corporatism is the merger of state and corporate (or business) power, then what better way to prevent this relationship from forming than to construct a separation of state and economic power? How do you do that? Is it with bailouts? Is it with guaranteed loans and subsidies? Is it with tariffs? I'm being sarcastic, which should give you a hint as to my own personal vote.
