Do you have any unexpected knowledge?

Apparently, if history is unexpected, then I do have unexpected knowledge.

Your list:
1. its parts,
2. its abundance,
3. its connections,
4. its sensitivities,
5. its forms,
6. its substitutes, and
7. its uses.

does not include history or background. Yes, I can tell you about the history of the potato, rockets, brains, and other stuff. I assume an items origion or method of creation is part of it's history.
 
I know my cat's breath smells like cat food. Doesn't seem to fit in any of those.

History is all about about transformations, which id denoted by point 5 (its forms). ; The forms through which a thing transits!!!!
Creation, formation, production - all comes under point 5.
