If anyone wondered, here is a link to general peace proposals surrounding the Israeli-Arabic conflict.

This is a link to the specific peace proposal the genius above claims was never made. It's the "Camp David Accord" that was brokered by Clinton, Barak and Arafat. It offered to give up control of Palestine which constitutes 73% of the West Bank and all of Gaza. After ten years, the Israelis would have then ceded another portion of the West Bank, giving 94% of it to Palestine. After that, the Israeli's would lease (pay rent) on the rest, for up to 25 years. After that, the land would entirely be Palestine's (unless they negotiated a new lease or something).

It offers control of Palestine to the Arabs, and a removal of the settlements in Gaza, the West Bank, and all other portions of Palestine. Some of these are on a time-table, and some reserve the right for Jews to stay in Palestine just as Israel offered (and under the same conditions) for many Palestinians currently living in Israel to remain in Israel.

This is the proposal Barak made to Arafat at the end of Clinton's Administration which at the time, most folks were pretty sure was a sweetheart of a deal. They were also pretty certain that no such generous proposal would ever be offered by Israel again. So far, they've been right.
