You can build a 100-foot electrified wall. They'll find a way to get here illegally, probably stuffed in the back of some van or some other way.

No one has said a wall is a 100% fool proof. If your faucet is leaking do you leaving it running at full blast or do you keep the faucet closed so that only a little water comes out?

The best way to deal with illegal immigration is to help countries keep their citizens in their countries. It probably requires both carrots and sticks. Carrots in the form of foreign aid if they behave, and taking it away (the stick) when they don't.

The best way to deal with illegal immigration is securing our borders, cracking down on the scum who aid illegals, making sure illegal immigrants can't get any benifits while here and cracking down on illegal immigration.

Typically liberal think, just throw more money at the problem. Foreign aid to 3rd world countries is a waste as it ends up in the wrong pockets. Get real!
Walls are a waste of money. All right-wingers prove is that they prefer to "hate on the Poor". Why not bear true witness to our own Constitutional laws instead of practice the abomination of hypocrisy upon the less fortunate?

Certainly there's required than just throwing money at the problem - no argument there. I have no objections to a wall or punishing companies who knowingly violate immigration/employment laws, which we do already.

But getting real means dealing with the reasons that they're moving out of their home countries. Climate change is a major driver. Political corruption's another. Economic trade pacts have also hurt some of these local economies, particularly agriculture.

Mass migration, similar to COVID, can't be solved practically but just shutting everything down - not without hurting our own economies at least.

The best way to deal with illegal immigration is to reform immigration laws but even more so, dealing with the causes of mass migration in the first place, which are numerous and not always straightforward. You can put up a wall and have troops all along the border, and that probably would stop many of the crossings, but they'll find other ways to get here. These people are desperate. The risk of death doesn't deter them.

Securing our border and restricting citizens of problem countries and actually punishing those who violate or encourage our immigration laws to be violated is the best way to deal with it. It is not our job to fix other countries.

This is express Constitutional Law for Legal purposes right-wingers have no problem practicing the abomination of hypocrisy (unto God with a McCarthy era phrase in our pledge) upon the Poor: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization

We should have no illegal problem nor any illegal underclass because all foreign nationals should be known to the general Government and federally identified for civil purposes.

I just don't get this liberal viewpoint when it comes to illegal migration. You say it is alright because their home country fails them as if we are responsible. They need to fix their own problems in their own country. Liberal open borders are great for the masses but terrible for us and the left is solely to blame at this point in time.

Explain that last part in plain English.

Yes, it is our job to help out other countries rather than implement right-wing bigotry and fascism every time it comes up.

There is no Immigration clause in our federal Constitution. This is the Actual and "gospel Truth" Law for Legal purposes in our federal Constitution for persons of Morals: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization

We should be making money from tourism and foreign nationals visiting the US. Tourism is the first, second, or third largest employer in twenty-nine States of our Union. Only right-wingers seem to prefer their bigotry and fascism instead of Capitalism, every time it comes up.

There is no bigotry or fascism in securing our borders and cracking down on illegal immigration violators.
Yes, there is. Resorting to a social power over Immigration is just plain bigotry and fascism as applied by the right-wing, when the actual social power delegated to our federal Congress is this Law for Legal purposes in our Constitutional Republic: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization

No its not that's just loony left wing open border nonsense not based on reality.

Has Biden's policies created an immigration problem? Or is it just people trying to escape poverty and violence I their home countries. Seems no matter who is president these people keep coming.

All around America there is a shortage of willing workers. Looks like we could easily use more labor.
Is this about illegall immigration or labor shortages?
Something like 1 million illegal aliens have invaded the country in the last year.

The Biden administration has failed miserably.

As you note, if we have a labor shortage, then our 'immigration problem' is that we don't have enough immigrants.

Just more flaming babble trying to justify
open borders. The democrats are going to pay a big price in the 2022 election for allowing Biden to ignore the mess at the border.
the invasion at the Southern border!

Thanks for "proving" right-wingers are just plain hypocrites about being Legal to the Law in border threads.

Job 34:30 That the hypocrite reign not, lest the people be ensnared.
Vote blue not red!

Immigration is a Republican hot button issue used during the election cycle to fire up that redneck base.

Congress, neither party, has really addressed the issue.

Republicans will not condemn those Americans hiring illegal workers. They won't pass the laws necessary to prosecute or even fine those hiring illegals. If you follow the rules it is perfectly legal to hire them.

Democrats can't get any kind of immigration reform through congress. Like everything else democrats propose Republicans block it.

Right-wingers simply keep proving, with their ignorance of the law, how much they actually Care about being Legal to express Constitutional Law.

They prefer to indulge their bigotry and fascism with their national and international social policies.

We don’t need to fix labor shortages with more immigrants. First off it’s only a temporary fix, secondly is causes cultural, ethnic, and political tension, and finally the massive public spending needed for low wage immigrants exceeds their value in tax paying potential,

We need to instead work on propaganda to
Increase births, along with coercion like eliminating social security for adults with no children.

Right-wingers only allege to be for Capitalism in socialism threads. Otherwise, Capitalism; What is That, sayeth the Right-Wing every time it comes up.

Tourism is the first, second, or third largest employer in twenty-nine States of our Union. Processing all those foreign nationals should be generating revenue for the general Government since all foreign nationals should be known to the general Government and federally identified for civil purposes.

Stop sanctioning less developed economies to slow the flow. If you are willing to sanction a less developed economy their people should get automatic asylum if they should become subject to our jurisdiction.
