There are none. Surveys have shown very little support in western provinces for independence or in joining up with the US.

Then let history happen.
A confederation of Atlantic coast Provinces that secure their fisheries from the Ontario - Quebec Axis
And likewise the Prairie provinces

Would you want Quebec as a 51st state? I question whether Alberta or Saskatchewan could have an over 50 % majority that would vote for separation.

Let Quebec survive on its' own or in its' duet with Ontario.
Let the Atlantic shoreline Provinces gain sovereignty over their fisheries
Let the prairie Provinces choose their path.
But, B.C. is America's northern, Oregon Territory up to 54'40"
 
I would be in a position of being on Canada’s side and giving aid and comfort to canada along with wanting to renounce my US citizenship if some dumb**** trigger happy general actually wants to force this.
