Do Trump supporters want to make Canada the 51st state?

Your anecdotes are irrelevant. The long wait times are documented. Six months to get treated if government decides you're not a priority.

Americans with PPO coverage don't even need a referral. So you have to wait to see a doc, wait to see the specialist, then wait for treatment. By the time you've gotten your treatment said Americans have recovered. 🤣 😅

Bullshit as usual.

That is not even a statistic as it doesn't even state a category of illness.

I am 79, with 3 heart conditions. I have NEVER lacked for care. No, we don't have billions of $ worth of machinery sitting idle waiting for a patient, but having made two ambulance trips to hospital I am pretty satisfied with the level of care that I have.

What you have heard is mostly highly sophisticated propaganda from the US and Euro based medical companies who hate socialized medicine as it cuts their margins by five points!

In fact, BECAUSE we don't have so many toys, Canada leads the world in non-invasive therapies in hundreds of areas especially old age.

The US cuts. We have learned cutting shaves years off a person's life.

Two different cultures with entirely different aims and you judge US based on your failing system. In America you can only get sick if your rich. Here, everyone gets the same care.

I don’t think you understand the difference between bragging and shit talk. I’m making fun of canada, and canadians by extension. You almost got to be American but had to settle for Eskimo Mexican instead.
I understand the difference between just "taking the pizz" and direct insults perfectly fine.

You're labouring under the illusion that "getting to be American" is actually considered a desirable thing by any of your contemporary countrie's citizens.

Today; being asked the the question: "you wouldn't by chance be an American?" Is the penultimate insult indicating you probably said something really, REALLY stupid.

We give thanks for your country providing the rest of the world that most opportune instant retort. 😂

good point Fear; but IMHO both countries can use some health care improvement.

all i know is that you will be the 51st state, but have no idea how they will play the Health Care card.

my guess, is that your system will be dropped and you will be offered medicare or worse; worse case scenario will be no care at all.

why?

in reality, all Dark Maga really wants is your land to double the size of the North American Technocracy; it will happen from everything i know. and Health Care will be the least of yur worries.

my guess is they will push the WW three button and after the dust settles, you will be glad to join whatever is left of usa.

but i don't know the details, it is prolly classified. all i know is that is IS coming and you will be an american if you survive et al. https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=Dark+Maga+is+technocracy&ia=web

Dark Maga canada.webp...this map is kind of silly, we WILL get Mexico too. it will prolly be thrown in as a state with Greenland and Cuba.

blessings and Prophetic vision.

bye.

Just B.C.

It is the northern part of
our Oregon Territory up

This actually happened last winter. Open cafe off a major sidewalk a man says Canada should be part of the US and Canadians should be grateful to be their neighbor.

Silence, even the server froze. In seconds a dark skinned man with a beard stood and walked to the American's table and said "In America I am a second class citizen. Do you know what I am in Canada?" The man nervously shook his head. The dark skinned man replied "I am a sworn officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. And, I am advising you to apologize and quickly leave. Otherwise I cannot be responsible for your safety."

The man left immediately with his companion as the dark skinned man said "I'm an unemployed ski lift operator. He just pissed me off."

That's truly Canadian Bacon!

Ah, I believe you mean Washington State not Oregon.

And for fun only there's this little "blog" bit of fun: northern states

No I believe he's speaking of the historical "Oregon territory" which was one of the many waves of illegal acquisition of land the Americans engaged in.

54:40 is the southern boundary of Alaska which was illegally purchased from Russia. Some pro expansionist Americans believed the had a "god given" right to steal the land to make one contiguous parcel. "54:40 or fight" was the war cry!

I forget which war distracted them

So Washington has always lusted over the Pacific Northwest....a land anyone can invade but no one has ever held.

Cripes! I forgot all about that "54:40 or fight" nonsense.
For a country that has always been spoiling for some kind of fight; they really aren't very good at it.

So far they are "0" for two.

Old John Deifenbaker used to tease them about making it a clean sweep.

As an aside, a study of Canadian history shows that Canada's leaders of both parties at the time were convinced America would join Hitler and the Nazis. There is a museum in Niagara Falls, Ontario that has documents and drawings of the defenses considered and deployed to fend off an American invasion.

Yes America had Henry Ford but it also has Jews.
Lots & lots of Jewish folk Hardly 3% of the population but,
with influence.

Canada-jewish-population.webp

Why does La Canada concentrate the population in its' S.E.

Probably for the very same reasons the semi democracy of The Excited States clusters them.

The U.S. Jewish population is concentrated in a few number of states and metropolitan areas.

  • Over 60% of American Jews live in just six states. Slightly over 20% resides in New York State, 14% in California, followed by 12% in Florida; 8% in New Jersey; and 5% each in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
  • The largest percentage reside in New York City (13%), Southern Florida (8.6%), New York suburban areas (7%), Los Angeles area (7%).

So What ?

Both YOUR 2 Party
(2, one & the same)
pondered an American - Hitler alliance

You certainly have dumber in Canada's history

The waits are documented. The average time to see a specialist in canada is on the order of months.

It's a rarity that it takes less than 15 days in Canada. It's a rarity that it takes more than 15 days in the US.

Anecdotes are irrelevant.

Two different cultures with entirely different aims and you judge US based on your failing system. In America you can only get sick if your rich. Here, everyone gets the same care.

You don't have to be rich. You just have to not be a screw up, and canada is full of them, hence an American city has a larger economy.

I understand the difference between just "taking the pizz" and direct insults perfectly fine.

canadians need to have a lot explained to them.

We give thanks for your country providing the rest of the world that most opportune instant retort. 😂

canada isn't unique or distinct enough to be differentiated from America in other countries. The only place where it's not the 51st state is in Canada. 🤣

All of the above flies against factual analysis showing otherwise than your mere opinions.

The specialist wait times are compared only to those actually getting referrals from a GP. IF THEY'RE insured at all or choose to see a doctor. Millions of Americans do entirely without BOTH.
Your meme does not take into consideration those areas of the United States where there is total reliance upon charitable clinics like RAM USA to provide any healthcare at all. Americans total reliance upon Charity provided medical care
Use your wee scroll function to see all the states and locations reliant upon FREE CHARITY clinics to provide millions with ANY healthcare.

Your meme does not take into consideration the millions of Americans (up to 40%) admitting they deny themselves routine Dr's visits due to the cost of those visits, even when they know they are already ill. Without seeing a GP at all for years at a time, the oxymoronic post of having fewer weeks of delay to see a specialist can hardly be given any credibility at all. :D

As to those opinions related to "screw-ups" and the rich:

#1 America has more people living beneath the poverty line than Canada has people.

#2 With your own opinion of little Canadian "cultural" uniqueness, how then do you account for Canada's longer lifespans? It obviously can't be the lifestyle choices if the cultures are the same. Gotta be the availibility of universal pre-emptive healthcare as one explanation.

Canadians needing things explained to them is also oxymoronic in the face of Canadians being smarter overall Smarter Canadians with more of them having higher education than Americans. "Canada generally has a higher percentage of its population with a post-secondary degree than the United States. "In 2020, Canada had 60% of its adult population (25-64) with a post-secondary degree, while the U.S. had around 50%."
More Canadians per-capita have travelled world wide than Americans for decades. "In 2025, a higher percentage of Canadians hold valid passports compared to Americans. Approximately 70% of Canadians hold a valid passport, while between 45% and 50% of Americans have one. This means that a larger portion of the Canadian population has the ability to travel internationally compared to the United States.

AND, Canadians not being seen today by the bulk of the world's population as: "the dumbest box of rocks on the planet, much less the N. American continent".

The only place Canada is seen as the '51st State' is by the retarded populace of the MAGA cult.

1. You're probably making this up.
2. Americans don't need to see a GP. You have choice. Government says you have to. 🤣

Americans are more likely to see a neurologist in one month than canadians are to see one in three.

Someone is jelly they can't see a cardiologist whenever they want.

#1 America has more people living beneath the poverty line than Canada has people.

America also has more people living in households with six figure incomes than canada has people.
#2 With your own opinion of little Canadian "cultural" uniqueness, how then do you account for Canada's longer lifespans? It obviously can't be the lifestyle choices if the cultures are the same. Gotta be the availibility of universal pre-emptive healthcare as one explanation.

yeah...the only thing known globally about canada's health care system is the wait times. I doubt anyone knows the british columbia was sending patients to get superior cancer treatment in Washington but the provincial government quickly ran out of funds to pay for it because American physicians expect to be paid for their skills.

lol lmao!!! Not a single canadian university in the top 10 in any global ranking.

There's plenty to do in the US. canada's most visisted attraction is shared with the US, and it's the source of 90% of Canada's international visitors. Americans can go to whistler without a passport because if the canadian government tried to stop them Vail would dismantle the resort. 😅

AND, Canadians not being seen today by the bulk of the world's population as: "the dumbest box of rocks on the planet, much less the N. American continent".
Nobody thinks about canadians at all. There are discussions globally about whether canada will become part of the US. That's the only time anybody ever mentions canada these days.

Well; no one's taking you seriously after that nonsense. I give you links and you respond with lunacy.

No mention of a vice presidential candidate bragging of her entire family opting to receive medical care in Canada for decades. No mention of Americans perfectly fine with the medical care they received in Canada, over 600,000 of them filching healthcare in just one six month period in just one province of Canada until Canada was forced to enact measures to stop the freeloading by Americans.

There's the perfect example of that American I/Q: - Suggesting VAIL enterprises would shut down a huge money maker just if Americans become required to have passports to enter Canada. What a moronic suggestion!

You're not aware of the many state governors FORMALLY begging Canadian tourists and snowbirds to return.

You obviously haven't been to the Canadian Vimy Memorial in France or visited the Netherlands on one of their anniversary celebrations of their liberation. You probably have never googled the number of peacekeeping missions Canada has been requested to lead by the UN.

Canada is well thought of in all corners of the world while the U.S., not so much. To suggest otherwise high lights your jealousy.

Canada is now an international hero receiving accolades from all corners (even many Americans) for standing up to the feckless U.S. and it's leadership mental midgets.

Canada should be charged a toll to use our
Alcan Highway.

Canada should ha v bille you for rescuing your hostages, providing shelter to thousands of your free of charge for days, helping to rescue your citizens from roof tops during Katrina, providing fresh water, hospital ship medical treatment after Katrina, and restoring the power after any one of a dozen other natural disasters Canada has ben there for you.

Canada should also charge you more for all the electrical power you need to keep the lights on for millions of your citizens and the extra fresh water you take out of the great lakes in violation of the Boundary Water Treaty with Canada.

Go ahead and charge Canadians tolls for the Alcan highway and we'll do the silly "Vail" thing and shut it down altogether. Americans would then have no choice but to fly or boat themselves North to Alaska. :D

@Brusan

We agree on some points of the
Alcan highway.
For a good time, watch Modern Marvels,
the Alcan Highway episode An eye opener for me.
American muscle & funding. Mosquito season, freezing temperature season. Heavy equipment sinking into marsh.

You guys have been following my every word this thread. I started with a simple response to the OP. I never initiated any conversation with you.

Americans go to Mexico for health/dental care too. It's because of affordability. canadians come to the US for health care because we have residencies and fellowships the canadian health care system has never heard of. the british columbia government just couldn't afford our prices.

There's the perfect example of that American I/Q: - Suggesting VAIL enterprises would shut down a huge money maker just if Americans become required to have passports to enter Canada. What a moronic suggestion!

The average IQ in Texas is 100, and there's less of us than you, but we have a larger GDP, higher GDP per capita, lower unemployment, and higher economic growth. You'll have to forgive me for putting faith in results.

You're not aware of the many state governors FORMALLY begging Canadian tourists and snowbirds to return.

It's okay. We'll can return the favor. Americans are 21 million of canada's 21.5 million visistors yearly. canadians don't represent a third of our tourist industry.

You obviously haven't been to the Canadian Vimy Memorial in France or visited the Netherlands on one of their anniversary celebrations of their liberation. You probably have never googled the number of peacekeeping missions Canada has been requested to lead by the UN.

canada's most visisted attraction is Niagra Falls. If you ask anyone in the world where that is, they'll tell you in New York. 😅 🤣

there are more international visitors to Waslt Disney World in Florida alone than canada gets in a year total.

Canada is well thought of in all corners of the world while the U.S., not so much. To suggest otherwise high lights your jealousy.

canada is the country that's north of America as far as most are concerned. Nobody in the world has ever referred to the US as the country to the south of canada.

Canada is now an international hero receiving accolades from all corners (even many Americans) for standing up to the feckless U.S. and it's leadership mental midgets.

you sound like an autist bragging about his science fair trophy.

Do Trump supporters want to make Canada the 51st state? Trump brings it up all the time. Trump supporters say he is joking, but he has said several times he is not joking. So do Trump supporters support Trump's quest to make Canada the 51st state? It seems like that would tip the scales in Congress towards the Democrats. Would Trump supporters rather Canada become a US territory or Canada remain a sovereign country?
There are several provinces who want to secede from Canada. We would welcome any of them as 51, 52, 53, or whatever.
