Christmas trees, Santa, presents, etc....

I'd say most schools decorate for the holidays.

I'm asking about Christmas in particular, though.

Like I said the holidays include Christmas, every year I went to school we always decorated for all the major holidays.

The school I worked in did not decorate for christmas the had generic holiday stuff and you couldnt find christmas written anywhere...including the school calendar...

The reason I'm asking is I have encountered several people online who don't believe that I work in a public school that allows me to decorate for Christmas. Their experience with schools is that they can only have snowmen and other general winter stuff, but nothing to do with any religious holiday. I'm baffled by this. I grew up with teachers who decorated for Christmas every year. So I was just wondering what the DP demographics have experienced.
