Perhaps if the Federal Govt. was helping the States with fast tests and contact tracing like the Governors asked for months ago we would not be in such bad shape.

Nobody's asking the states to "do it alone". Fauci and Birx work almost daily with state governors to assist them with their local situations. Trump worked on a national level to get the supplies and equipment the states required and, as I said, had his experts work with and advise sates.

Maybe it went over your head but this thread points out that Biden's plan is unconstitutional. He knows that, apparently you don't. Most of the other stuff Biden has blithered about - we're already doing.
