Patrick Parsons, executive vice president of the American Firearms Association, said that the legislation benefits the criminal while diminishing Americans' rights to protect themselves.

"Biden's executive orders today attempting to implement a pro-criminal, anti-gun agenda show that when Joe Biden and his fellow gun-grabbers have a choice between defending the rights of law-abiding citizens or siding with violent criminals, he chooses the criminals,"

"The Ends justify the means" - Democrat motto

According to the White House, the executive order will bring the U.S. "as close to universal background checks as possible" without additional legislation.

Sounds good. Maybe not legal, but worth a try.

Lol, the pathetic whining from you people. Why is it so important for you that violent felons be able to buy guns as easily as possible? Is it because you're one? That must be the case because if you're not this has virtually no effect on you whatsoever.

The last gun I bought took about 20 minutes, start to finish, including a background check. Whining about a single page of paperwork and a few minute wait as if you're living in a dictatorship is just theatrical and stupid.

I thought Biden was senile? Now he's a dictator?
I can't keep up with what he is.
Does the right play dress up Biden every morning to see how they will view him?

We all know more guns is the answer.

Most dictators are a little off mentally ,no?

Ends justify the means . Hey who needs the congress when you have a dictator to get things done!

So you addressed nothing I said and just repeated the same stupid claim without any argument to back it up? Background checks are constitutional and have been around for a long time. If you're too lazy to make an argument you're not going to convince anybody.

I know it's extremely important to you that violent felons have easy access to guns, but the vast majority of Americans disagree with you. If you're not a felon this has virtually no effect on your life whatsoever.

No. You ain't got it.

It's worth a try. If the courts strike it down, well no harm done. You're so defensive, it's almost like you think this regulation will affect you personally.

And if so, may I ask: as a buyer, or a seller, of guns?

Executive orders are not legislation.

Hopes and prayers.

This is bait. You just want someone to mention Trump's executive orders, so you can call "Trump Derangement Syndrome"

Or you're a total hypocrite.

Or maybe both.

Have you actually read the EO?

Executive orders are not legislation.

Good catch. Fourteen words into the TownHall screed, the author demonstrates incompetence in criticizing government policy.

Imagine if they had to download a form, fill it out in paper and mail it in more than 30 days before a firearms purchase... They would lose their shit...

Did congress define who is a firearms dealer or leave it up to the executive branch?

I woke up this morning pissed off at Joe Biden, hmmmm, does that make me "woke?"

I recommend a timesheet. There are times of the day when you could get past page one without getting new assholes ripped out of you. But this is not that time of the day, or day of the week.

I feel a bit sorry for you. But to be honest, I feel that way pretty much every time you post. You are not even bait. You're chum!

You're getting used, do you realize that?

To be honest, I don't know the answer myself.

Rather than waiting in vain for K to research it, how about you tell us all?
