He is essentially saying if the President says it, it must be true. Show's his dedication, but in no way means any real proof exist.
 
caught a minute of O’Reilly with Gingrich. O’Reilly saying Trump must put up evidence. Gingrich says you already proved it - Flynn was in Trump Towers and bugged.

Kelly says he is basing his faith that Trump has evidence on his faith in Trump.

Kelly does not say that he has seen or knows about any such evidence.

What is true is, of course, that he is not bound by a line of command, while acquiring information only on an informal basis.

But the fact remains that the hysteria is wide spread and counterproductive.

President Trump is also going to release his tax returns after the election and provide information that only he knows about regarding the hacking situation next Tuesday or Wednesday.

yeah I saw this... so what about this? SOMEONE tapped Flynn and if Flynn was at Trump Tower when the conversation happened then the President is at least correct in that part. Plus he may very well have proof and can't reveal it for being classified. I'm sure congress will see it though, so it might be unhappy for Democrat types here soon. ;)

when it's declassified. I'm sure if congress starts an investigation though, they will be able to see it, and will make an applicable decision as to whether there is culpability.

He can declassify it himself. He doesn't need Congress to investigate it. He's in charge of the agencies that would have done it.

If he has proof, let's see it. When you accuse a former President of a felony, you really need to have some proof to back up such a serious charge.

I would love to see proof that it's true. perhaps though, just perhaps, he has reasons he feels it inappropriate to declassify the info at this time... after all , we are talking about at the very least, methods in tapping a foreign ambassador. there may be issues in there that are inadvisable to bring to light for everyone to see.

we'll see how it plays out.
