I think they will just threaten to shut down temporarily and layoff all 75,000 workers. That will put the ball in Il Duce's court for sure. If he thinks he can build a State prison next to Disney he has no clue. That is a formal declaration of war.Walmart can't easily move their big box stores either, so they cut their losses, close them down and open another one somewhere else.
As big and all encompassing as Disney World may be, eventually there will come a point at which Disney has to make a choice between the cost of shuttering their amusement park or suffering the loss of business arising from a fascist dictator who thinks he is entitled to engineer a hostile takeover at the cultural level, i.e. telling Disney how they get to decide the nature of their entertainment.
Don't think for a moment that Ron DeSantis wouldn't try to "nationalize" an amusement park.
