I don't believe it is the federal gov't responsibility to set a minimum wage in your state as all states have different costs of living. I don't think it is federal responsibility to tell states how to manage their businesses and the environment as federal bureaucrats are inefficient and wasteful with no real accountability and no term limits

With regards to SS and Medicare, they are funded by payroll taxes so if you want universal healthcare how will it be funded for over 330 million Americans.
