Not only has downtown Portland been unable to recover, the boarded up windows, open-air drug markets, sidewalk poop and urine, and miles of homeless camps, have driven away customers and now in turn, businesses.

Democrats can't even bring themselves to admit policies to defund police, support Antifa and BLM, and refusal to take action have been a massive failure.

I will call it a red state problem, as the data clearly indicates. Apparently, the blue states have more control over their cities than the red states do. Imagine that.
