Thank you for your contrived rationalizations, your political excuses, your repetitious rhetoric and make believe reality. I could spend all day pointing out the lies and falsehoods being perpetrated by the extreme right but why waste my time.

this doesn't address anything said.

We have a major problem at this very moment with undocumented or illegal immigrant children flooding our borders. As humans, their plight takes priority over all things political. I speak very much alone on this issue but I will not allow the dignity and worth of a human beings to be referred to and treated as garbage by a political party that has stripped itself of the virtues and qualities of human existence for money. In this instance, the extreme political right has bereft itself of the inherent human qualities of charity, mercy, forbearance, and benevolence....all for the ideological dollar. I don't don't know how much lower they can go.

Yes we do and the way to solve it is to return them back to their country of origin. by not doing anything or even allowing them to stay means that even more will flood in.
Their plight is with their government it has nothing to do with with the US.

Yes they are human being but we also have laws in this country that say they are not allowed to be here. yes and the political left are just as guilty as using these people for political motivation as well. only worse since they want to slave these people to government hand outs.

It has nothing to do with money that is a strawman argument. it has to do with the fact that we have laws that say you cannot come into this country illegally and without permission. They created their own crisis it isn't up to us to fix it for them.

The immigration problem must be fixed but first, we have to deal with what is happening now. These are children. If all you can shovel is the same trite drivel I've heard time and time again, start your own thread.

It doesn't matter they do not have permission to be here. that is what our laws say. The easieset and best way to deal with it is to send them back. otherwise more will come. the reason they are coming in the first place is because they think they will get amnesty for illegally crossing the border.

if they are given it then more will continue to come demanding the same thing. i am sorry that i unlike you i do not support an invasion of our country by the 3rd world.
we have already have a big enough poverty class that we can't support we don't need more of them.

You haven't stated anything that says we should ignore the laws that we have passed to deal with this situation.

Having intimate awareness of the southern border from the Rio Grande Valley (McAllen Tx) to TJ, I am amazed over those who know the least of the area seem to opine so vehemently about that which they know so little; including the suggestion to abrogate our responsibility to uphold existing laws.

If these laws were strictly enforced, illegal crossings would not be encouraged; there by saving many lives, many from servitude of prostitution, and deter many ugly situations now happening throughout the country but mostly in the Southwest.

The laws have never been enforced the way they should be. the problem is now that the can of worms is open you aren't going to get them back in the can.
they will continue to flood into the US as long as they think they can get amnesty the fact that the obama administration refuses to come out and have done nothing to stop this or to curb tail this is amazing. like everything else obama has done is a disaster.

bush never would have settled for this these people would have been back on a plane the next day.

what is more amazing is that he wants the majority of this 3 b dollars to represent these people in court. these kids are not being trafficed they are illegally crossing over the border and turning themselves in because they know they can't be rejected.

that is what needs to be fixed and this nonsense would stop.

there i no need for hearings. line them up find out where they came from get them separated and sent back home. going we are sorry but if you want to file legal immigration documents you can do so when you get back.

of course most of these kids are under 18 so they can't do it anyway.

this is what happens when you tell ICE and other immigration control agencies that they can't deport people.

While I understand the word and concept of humanitarian (like compassion) is absolutely foreign to your political ideology, let me assure you...it does exist and there are many kind, compassionate and concerned Americans (unlike this group here) who look past party ideology and are willing to extend aid to other humans in need.

how about we show that compassion and concern our veteran's way

lets use the money you want for these kids, on our own damn citizens

you know, guys who actually freakin bled for our nation

or maybe, we can actually find home for the thousands that are homeless

we have a lot of issues already....

we dont need to add to our full plate with some other countries problems becoming ours

i feel for the kids....but we just cant help everyone

i have compassion for our own

by the time i get to those kids, my well is dry.....

they didnt have to come here.....no one asked them to leave their homes, their countries

if they truly want to become citizens, they can work through the process like my wife did

it takes time, and patience, and a willingness to follow the law

i know....following the law is the last thing these kids want to do

Based on personal experience and observation, it is far more compassionate to not allow them to illegally enter while believing U.S. streets are all paved with gold.

It's truly heart rending to see what happens to most of those folks after they get here and find harsh reality. It has become fashionable for adults to protect their own young against far lesser disappointments; we should have similar concern for strangers arriving here.

Governors have the power to conscript into the State Nat'l Guard which might be used (?), and many state governors may institute a Militia ( like Az has done )
