That isn't what Z claims, which is his head was getting pounded into the concrete and he "manuevers" to get on the grass.

Of course, once he gets onto the grass the threat to his head is removed, so where is the "reasonable fear of death or great bodily harm" then?

I believe he didn't know or forgot the name of Twin Trees Lane. It's common for people to get into habits and not watch or know street names they travel on a daily basis. None of the prior NEN calls that he previously made had mention of Twin Trees, which lends credibility.

You are only using this to try and establish that Z was in the act of following Martin when the confrontation occured, making his actions that of the aggressor... You refuse to acknowlege that Z was not following him when the confrontation took place.

Can you name all the signs on routes you take every day? Heck I can't name the street signs of the 3 roads I pass regularly. I can tell you the names of the roads I personally travel on though. Yes. It is certainly possible. Especially if he isn't a particularly observant person.

Do you TM supporters feel everything from weight gain to him sneezing left over his shoulder are what makes him guilty?

I travel out of my neighborhood all the time. Other then the actual street I live on, I have no idea the rest of the streets names. I drive them daily to get to and from work. I walk them with my daughter, son and wife. I couldn't even begin to tell you the name of a single one.

I feel the need to specify, I do know the names of all the streets I travel once I am out of my neighbrohood.

I can never think of things like that when I want to... What's strange is, I always know what a sign says that I've seen a thousand times just before I approach it, but never any time else... Strange how our minds work.
