The poll, conducted Oct. 13-20, surveyed 1,012 registered voters. (Biden’s lead among registered voters was 46 to 44.) Of those, 925 are characterized as likely voters. The margin of error is plus or minus 3.08 percentage points for the overall group

Trump won Texas by 9% in 2016. That state is now a toss up.

Gov. Abbott will do his very best to save Trump at the polls via GOP voter suppression/depression tactics.

At any rate, Texas will morph from purple to a blue state by 2024.

I think it's bizarre that a republican is claiming that Texas being within the margin of error for going blue is a "nothingburger".

This type of polling is horribly inaccurate, and I think, getting worse. We probably get 2-3 calls a day, and I haven't answered on yet this year. People are sick of the robo calls, and of course many have ditched land-lines. You can't get truly meaningful data with a 2-3% response rate.
