Congressional testimony backs up McCabe

The 25th amendment was not set up for that purpose. We have impeachment to remove a POTUS.

the 25th is there to relieve a president incapable of doing his duties due to illness or injury isn't it? If the president is say for example, a demented narcissistic megalomaniac, there's a case for it to be made.

But we don't know anyone like that do we...?

Funny how everyone screamed 'constitution, constitution!' and dressed up in funny hats the first time a black guy got elected. Funny how Obama's every move was deemed unconstitutional and a threat to the nation when he did little different from his predecessors. Now with the great orange God enthroned, suddenly the goal of the constitution is to protect the president from the country at all costs.

Investigating the President is now considered "treason"?

In the deluded land that Trumpkins inhabit - otherwise known as the American sector of the Twilight Zone - it obviously is not treason.

But remember, cozying up to the Russians by inviting them into your election to help you is absolutely legit and nothing wrong with it.

Please cite the law that McCabe broke by considering an investigation into the President over concerns about things he did and said.

The 4th Amendment.

The conspirators knew they were breaking the law. That's why they tried to take the 25th Amendment route.

Show me where the President isn't subjected to the 4th Amendment and what is illegal about the intelligence agencies being concerned with someone who they felt may possibly be a Russian asset.

The 25th Amendment exists to transfer power in the event that the president is incapacitated and unable to discharge his duties.

It can't be used to remove the president from office.

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.”

Of course...this is the conversation from two senior FBI officials (that are having an affair) involved in the investigation of HRC and also involving Andy McCabe who's wife just happens to be running for office and received over 700k in campaign contributions from people connected to HRC at the time.

Mindless hatred has created a sickness.

Trump Fan Nation spends all day fantasizing about fellating The Donald to the point that they all now hate the intelligence agencies. But they also hate veterans and POWs so I shouldn't be surprised. Jim Jones supporters all hated the same people too.

Trump isn't incapable of doing his duties. Therefore, the 25th amendment should never be part of the conversation. If the left thinks Trump has committed some crime, they can push for impeachment. Otherwise, they should stop obsessing about him and find somebody who has a chance to win in 2020. As of now, they have nobody.

Baker has just about as much credibility as McCabe. (zero)

Furthermore, Baker had ample opportunity to align his story with McCabe before his testimony to Congress.

Page...well, she and Strzok both worked for McCabe. Page was McCabe's FBI legal counsel.

I suspect the lot of them are in cahoots to set Rosenstein up as the patsy in their efforts to keep their own asses out of jail.

Nothing will get you more support for being kicked by your asses into jail than frankly discussing the disloyalty of the President.

I have no idea what that first sense means.

No idea what "HRC" has to do with my post. Are you still obsessing about her?

Andrew McCabe, who's (sic) wife got campaign contributions! Oh no! We need to lock her up.

Yes, mindless hatred has created a sickness. It's called "The Cult of Donald Trump".

He is protected by the 4th Amendment. That's the whole point.

They can be concerned all they want, but when they try to overthrow a president based on a concern (a concern motivated by partisan hackery) vice actual evidence, it's illegal

Birds of a feather. Trump is a traitor as is a solid chunk of the people who helped get him elected when they sucked up to the Russians for help.

Link to this? I'd like to see the evidence that nobody who has declared so far could beat Trump. Thanks in advance.

The conspirators knew they were breaking the law. That's why they tried to take the 25th Amendment route.

What about the Fourth Amendment?

Yes, mindless hatred has created a sickness. It's called "The Cult of Donald Trump".

That's called a conflict of interest.

I'm protected by the 4th Amendment, too.

You have yet to say what was illegal about McCabe caring about this country, as he did his whole life, and being concerned about Trump's past actions and comments, and considering an investigation into Trump.

And if this is all illegal, as you say, when is he going to be arrested? Trump's in charge of the DOJ. That should be easy for him to have him arrested. Today, in fact.

What about the Fourth Amendment?

Investigation without legal grounds are illegal:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

That's what about it.

That's called a conflict of interest.

You mean like Trump's conflicts of interests, of course. Oh wait. You don't think about them.

No, it isn't conflict of interest. I guess by your logic Mitch McConnell is constantly living in a conflict of interest because his wife works for your hero. Obviously everything he does and says it to protect Trump.

That's what about it.

What investigation without legal grounds are you talking about?

I'm protected by the 4th Amendment, too.

That's right.

You have yet to say what was illegal about McCabe caring about this country, as he did his whole life, and being concerned about Trump's past actions and comments, and considering an investigation into Trump.

Investigations without proper legal grounds are illegal. Why is that so hard for you to understand?

And if this is all illegal, as you say, when is he going to be arrested? Trump's in charge of the DOJ. That should be easy for him to have him arrested. Today, in fact.

The swamp will probably never arrest him.

Everyone, including you, knows that Trump has committed crimes.

That's right.

The swamp will probably never arrest him.

So in other words, it isn't illegal, McCabe committed no crime, and you're tinkling in your panties again, putting your hatred for American heroes on display in the hopes that Trump sends you a picture of him with a kiss mark on it.

Don't make it so easy.

So the seditious conspiracy grows.

lol...yes, Trump is in hot water for undermining the constitution and the security of the United States. You are correct.
