Congress Approves Bill to End Airport Delays | AP

they had the money all along

he was bluffing all along

all the end-of-the-world angst

all the chicken little clucks

he wants the public to pay

he wants to punish the taxpayer

he promotes pain

all for purple political purposes

it's really perverse

he's exposed

he got called out in congress on thursday

knuckle draggers discovered a HALF BILLION in his furloughed faa for SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAMS

BY FRIDAY dem party leadership succumbed

it was that fast

spank

all to push his puny little point

HE NEEDS MORE MONEY

!!!

well, who doesn't, wilfred?

find a way, phil

manage, mrs mccaskill

you are going to see dozens of headlines before unlucky 2013 is over describing how the obama white house is putting the pinch on THE MIDDLE CLASS

call it A WAR ON THE MIDDLE CLASS

"tax the rich" is today too thin

it's cuz he already did that, january 1

and there's nowhere near enough money there

the professional leftists at politico parse it perfectly: "there’s simply not enough revenue to pull from top earners to truly tackle the nation’s deficit"

“there’s only so much money you can get out of the upper-income brackets, the big money comes from the rank-and-file taxpayers”

Taxes: President Obama's budget would hit middle class - Steven Sloan - POLITICO.com

you really need to concern yourself with these things

if you want to appear remotely responsible, y'know

when's the last time you heard him utter the word, "invest?"

did you hear about fisker this week?

WH knew electric car maker Fisker was faltering: AP - CBS News

this behavior is at bottom criminal

it's at least, fiscally speaking, ultra wasteful

another HALF BIL---pfft

while his raison d'etre, his reason for arising, is: HE NEEDS MORE MONEY

do you really hear all this as spin?

if so, it's you, you've got yourself dizzy

sit down and put your head between your knees

according to the nyt yesterday, front page above the fold, barack obama's political appointees at doj and usda overrode career staffers in the depts to push the distribution of 90,000 cash settlements of $50,000 each, at least half of which, it appears, were blatantly fraudulent

indeed, according to the nyt yesterday, page one, 6 weeks before the election, with 460M dollars of damages to distribute and not enough takers, "the agriculture dept instructed processors to call about 16,000 people to remind them that time was running out"

the dept was outright "recruiting claims against itself"

in pine bluff, arkansas, a policeman who admitted to filing a fraudulent claim against usda for discriminating against him in refusing him a loan, such that he was awarded 50K cold cash courtesy of eric holder and tony west, was NOT prosecuted because "singling out one individual raised questions of selective prosecution"

“the defendant could go to the jury and say, ‘everybody else did this, why am I standing here?’" wrote us attorney paula casey

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/26/u...&emc=rss&smid=tw-nytimes&pagewanted=all&_r=1&

this is graft of the grossest degree

the white house yesterday was not pleased that congress had found a way to manage a budget shortfall, y'know, with minimal pain

it took a bi-partisan parliamentary revolt to get this done

we're seeing it, bigtime, over obamacare, as well

Baucus warns of 'huge train wreck' enacting ObamaCare provisions - The Hill

'Obamacare' creator Sen. Jay Rockefeller now says law 'beyond comprehension' - Washington Times

now, why would obamacare author max baucus and the grey lady at the ny times say such things?

is it spin or is it you?

anyone who ever voted for this man owes his friends and neighbors an apology

ie, it's only gonna get worse, you better get out now

Cutting spending: great in theory, not so much in practice.

Congress must be listening to its constituents, the kind that has lots of money and whines a lot if it suffers any hardship.

So where was the sainted GOP House with all those bills to stop the sequester. I mean, they must have passed hundreds of them, right?

This, btw, is a long time legal strategy:

It's called settlement.

he spent a month talking guns

he can't go green

he can't touch immigration

He stands a decent chance of getting an immigration deal. But as one influential Democratic adviser told us, that’s only because the president has largely stayed on the sidelines.

Behind the Curtain: Obama, boxed in - POLITICO.com

he can't talk gay marriage cuz that crowd wants more and he's done

what's left---universal preschool and cigarette taxes?

and you're NOT embarrassed?

he certainly doesn't want to talk about terrorism

and j****

in syria they crossed the red line, he says

except they didn't

White House: Obama's "red line" on Syria chemical weapons not crossed - CBS News

it's a pink line

there's not much left for him to embrace---except taxes

HE needs more money

why did president obama's usda make 16,000 phone calls (according to the nyt) to encourage americans to make false claims of discrimination against ag?

why are there 16 zip codes in arkansas, alabama, mississippi and north carolina in which "the number of successful claimants against ag exceeded the total number of farms operated by people of any race?"

nyt above

just in time as they return home to their districts/states.

I hope you aren't referring to The Prof. I enjoy most of his posts -- this one included.

A little hard to read, I'll admit, but I'm willing to pay that small price.

Some people enjoy Ayn Rand but it's still a work of psychotic fiction.

The right can't decide if we're spending money we don't have or if "we had the money all along" :lamo:

The far right and left thinking are a a sign of mental disorders.

It's called settlement

yup, we can't have "selective prosecution"

as in, "everybody else did this"

according to the us atty in arkansas

why did "nearly everyone in two adjoining apartment buildings" in columbus, ohio, receive checks from usda for $50,000 each?

"its very design encouraged people to lie:" nyt, front page, above the fold, yesterday, concerning doj's settlement with class action plaintiffs who charged discrimination against usda

"the bar for a successful claim was so low it was almost impossible to show fraud"

"the template of the deal... proved a magnet to fraud"

this eager INVITATION (ag actively made 16,000 phone calls, you recall) to engage in fraud is NOT confined to barack obama's doj and usda

as you know

why did us attorney paula casey say, "everybody else did it"

if you ever voted for this man you owe your neighbors an apology

it's gonna get worse---ask max baucus

"It's called settlement."

No, it's called BS...and don't forget, the sequester was Obama's idea...remember?

Yeah, they found out the FAA was running 22% over capacity. Then discovered that the Post Sequester Cut Budget is higher than the Funding that Obama was going to give them for his budget. The Democrats and Obama are taking the Hit for it.

White House in Full Retreat as FAA Sequester Stunt Backfires.....

The results of the sequester are just so much hogwash. Nothing is really being cut back. Government is still growing. Can't afford the Blue Angels? Can't afford white house tours?

All because of a small decrease in the rate of growth?

Really, I mean, really? Are people t hat easily fooled?

no, he's not happy, he doesn't like it

it's irresponsible

159 of pelosi's democrats voted with john boehner

so what's responsible, mr president?

what's leadership?

taxing the internet?

excising cigarettes to provide universal preschool?

giving more money to fisker?

ap saturday:

Obama: Flight delay fix a 'Band-Aid'

responsible leadership, president obama has made plain and clear, means to him---punishing the public until they agree to fork over more revenue

and exactly what does he need all this money for?

why did "nearly every resident in two adjoining apt buidlings" in columbus ohio (according to nyt) each cash a check from tom vilsack for $50,000?

why was vilsack's usda tasked to recruit 16,000 "claims against itself?"

if you ever voted for this man you owe yourself an apology

get out before it gets worse

The only reason for this Bill is because all Congressmen fly, most frequently. They don't like being inconvenienced, sequester or not!

Cutting spending: great in theory, not so much in practice.

Congress must be listening to its constituents, the kind that has lots of money and whines a lot if it suffers any hardship.

The bill did not increase spending in any way.

Did O REALLY think the public was stupid enough to fall for this stunt?

Air Traffic Control was absolutely, positively, not running 22% over capacity.
