Feel free to subject Hillary to another 11-hour witch hunt, I mean Congressional hearing. :)

The FBI can do it. I don't have to. The Republicans don't have to. How long do you think it will take her to assert the 5th? By the time they get to her they will know 95% of what they need to know anyway, I bet the first thing she says is, "I refuse to answer and want to invoke my 5th Amendment Rights." I have a special bottle of whiskey sitting in the hutch in the dining room just for that occasion.

Hillary Clinton not likely to face charges in email case, legal experts say | Newsday
Experts see little chance of charges in Clinton email case

“Asked earlier this month whether she'd be indicted over her use of a private email server as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton responded: "It's not going to happen."

Though Republicans characterized her response as hubris, several legal experts interviewed by the Associated Press agreed with the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination.

The relatively few laws that govern the handling of classified materials were generally written to cover spies, leakers and those who illegally retain such information, such as at home. Though the view is not unanimous, several lawyers who specialize in this area said it's a stretch to apply existing statutes to a former cabinet secretary whose communication of sensitive materials was with aides — not a national enemy…………………”

Grasping at the last straw………………..She ain’t going to be indicted……..and she ain’t going to jail……..

Best start practicing saying……..Madame President Clinton………

Hey Hillary, Here's Why People Don't Trust You

Hillary isn't likable or trustworthy and her not being held responsible for her blatant crimes and many lies is just going to piss people off.

It's just going to reinforce the notion that the Politically powerful are held to different standards under the law than every one else and voters aren't going to put up with it.

Her getting a pass on something that would land your average American in prison for years is going to infuriate people, not motivate them to support her candidacy.

Sure there are the partisan hacks who could care less how corrupt she is but theyre the minority.

Can you imagine what Trump is going to do to her if she gets a pass on the email indictment.?

Lol

Send her nasty tweets from his tower to hillary@thewhitehouse?

Yep, how can she lose ? She can run on all of Obama's accomplishments. The " awful legacy of the last 8 years "

His foreign policy successes, the success of ObamaCare, the economic recovery ! She can run on her foreign policy experience.

Yes, on her entire distinguished history of service.

And the revisiting of, oh, Vince Foster, Whitewater, the New Square Four....

The State Department’s internal investigation arm issued a final memorandum today on the email practices of past and current secretaries of state, and it said definitively that past secretaries handled classified material on unclassified email systems.

The same claims were made in an early February memo when the State Department's inspector general first announced it was conducting a records review related to the email accounts of five secretaries of state -- Madeline Albright, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry -- and their immediate staff.

Hmmm. Looks like this horrible felonious behavior was pretty common. I wonder when Fox News is going to call for Condi Rice's prosecution?

Just because everyone does it doesn't mean it's not a crime. Maybe the government should be following the rules.

When you post such comments, do you not realize that you probably do the same thing? Express outrage at people you disagree with politically while excusing the behavior of people you agree with? For example, are you outraged at congress for blocking Supreme Court nominations while staying silent when Biden did? Or were you outraged at Bush's executive orders, while staying silent when Obama did the same thing? Everyone does the exact same thing youre criticizing.

From your article:

After closely examining a number of potentially sensitive emails with help from State Department and Intelligence Community officials, the State Department's inspector general concluded that 12 emails contain “national security information classified at the Secret or Confidential levels.” Additionally, it was determined none of the emails contained intelligence information, meaning it was classified for other reasons.

That's 12 emails, in total, spanning five Secretaries of State over a period of 12 years and includes emails that were sent by staff and emails that contained what was, at the time it was sent, confidential information that has only since been classified.

At last count Clinton's personal transgressions, in just four years, include 22 “top secret,” 21 “secret,” and at least 1,666 classified breaches.

You don't see a difference there?

Like a difference of several orders of magnitude?

You don't think that Clinton's behavior demonstrates a complete wanton disregard for the law and for national security while the others' breeches might possibly be simple mistakes?

It's astonishing, the mind-bending degree of stupidity that people will stoop to in order to defend this felon just because she promises them free "stuff".

I'll tell you what, in order to ere on the side of "fairness" I propose that each one of those former SecStates is sentenced to three days in jail for each verified breech.

Does that sound reasonable and fair to you?

So you think its better if I conduct the nation's business through say Yahoo mail rather than a server controlled by me?

Neither, you use a govt email system.

Love the left's train of thought when it comes to Hillary.

They think a Politician getting away with crimes that would put your average American in prison for years is going to appeal to the average undecided voter.

They think corruption and thinking your above the law and a lack of transparency is what the American people want in their next President

Well there you go, you just don't care if Hillary thinks she's above the law.

You dont see a problem with Politicans breaking laws that would put your average American in prison for years just as long as theyre Democrats.

No. I see no legal/criminal problem...........Poor judgment for sure.....But yall better practice saying Madame President Clinton........... As far as "put your average American in prison for years" is BS you heard on either Faux Noise or from Rush the Lush.........

3) "See? Condi and Colin did it, too!" relies on a thoroughly bogus equivalency. Above all else, neither Rice nor Powell set up and used a recklessly unsecure private emails server on which they conducted all of their official business, against "clear cut rules" implemented in 2005. (A former CIA director and Secretary of Defense have each stated that her vulnerable server was likely penetrated by foreign powers like the Russians and Chinese). This review identified ten -- total -- emails that have now been assigned retroactive, low-level classification levels. Only two of them went to then-Secretary of State Powell, with the others going to Rice's aides, and both of those are now classified at the lowest level ("confidential"). As mentioned above, Hillary's server contained 1,600 classified emails and counting, including the most sensitive level of intelligence in existence (SAP, beyond-top-secret). There is no comparison between the conduct of Hillary Clinton and that of her immediate predecessors. Beyond her exclusive use of an improper and unsecure server, Sec. Clinton was personally and specifically warned about the vulnerability of her email scheme in 2011, when a State Department security expert sounded the alarm over foreign hackers seeking to infiltrate US secrets by targeting high-ranking officials' private emails. Mrs. Clinton carried on with her arrangement anyway.
