It says will have assistance of counsel. That is a positive statement. The accuse will have it regardless of if they can pay or if they are locked in jail or whatever.
wrong and that does not say you have the right to have others pay for counsel. and some defendants don't want counsel-are they violating the constitution by representing themselves pro se
