If you had actually informed yourself about what the picture meant by clicking on one of the links, you'll know it was proven based on measuring shadows at 2 different locations then using basic trigonometry. Anyone with a little curiosity can do this and prove it to themselves. This is also not nearly the only way to prove it, as Zinthaniel pointed out in post #286. You don't have to take it on faith.

Frankly I don't understand why you're so hard up to call the world being round faith. It's not, it's fact and it's provable by anyone who feels like investigating it.

There are SOME things that everyone takes on faith because they don't have the time or interest to inform themselves about. For instance, when I drive across a bridge, I have faith that it won't collapse under me. Do I know the intimate details of how a bridge works? No, I don't design bridges. However, were I so inclined, I could inform myself about every single detail and there would be nothing but facts, and I wouldn't have to take anything on faith.

Religion is completely different. Religion can not be proven and must be taken on faith. Science, engineering, and the roundness of the world have absolutely nothing to do with faith.

You don't have to have faith, you have direct and demonstrable experience. You've gone across bridges before. You've seen other people go across bridges before. You know how bridges work, in general. You don't have to know the details, you have a decent idea of their function. That's not faith, it's informed experience.

Nobody has ever proven that any religion ever was correct. That's why they're religions and not facts. I'm not quite sure what your actual point is in all of this, and I'm not even sure of where this side discussion started.
