Chappelle's disgusting trivialization of black anti-semitism

The sheer absurdity that should give you a hint on just how ****ing bad these conspiracy theories are. World war II happened precisely because some dipshit failed artist believed the jews were in control of every major institution and another failson was a mystical fanatic who believed in atlantean and hyperboran and aryan races. Like anyone in America has a grandparent who fought against absolute lunatics who thought your grandparent was obeying the orders of a jewish cabal. Stop the ****ing excuses for black hebrew israelite dipshits if you talk like a nazi, imma treat you like one.

It's their decision. On the other hand, the Nets' losing record makes them one of the worst teams in the East. Irving's political views are the least of their problem.

Who here argued Jews have had it as bad as black people in the United States? Should we ignore toxic bigotry from someone belonging to a group of people if that group of people suffered from historic oppression? I do not think we should tolerate Jews discriminating against black people or calling the the N-word just because half of their ethnic group was exterminated by Nazi Germany 80 years ago. And I don’t think society is advanced in any way by tolerating antisemitism just because black people were slaves up until some 160 years ago.

Racism, antisemitism and broad-brushed conspiratorial “they’re-out-to-get-us-so-we-had-better-get-them-first” bigotry should not be tolerated from any quarter. Those who engage in it should be turned out of polite society.

None. What I listened to was more playfully transgressive, not some kind of anti-Semitic dog whistle. But I can see why some people would be offended and I do not begrudge them their offense.

Rather, I was addressing the point you were making, mrjurrs. Unless someone is arguing or heavily suggesting something along the lines "Anti-Semitism from black people is wrong because Jews have had it so much worse than black people," I do think the issue of historical oppression of black people is a non sequitur.

One of the things I was pointing out, badly, was that blacks have suffered more oppression from Jewish people than they have oppressed them. Imo, there is nothing wrong with ridiculing groups that have done other groups wrong, but it is better to be specific than general.

Non Jews are allowed into Israel. I am no fan of Israel but as far as I know non Jews come and go. Palestinians are singled out for special sanction and restriction though in this apartheid and fascist sandy, god forsaken desert land of Israel.

So just post a list of the people who actually do control those institutions and their ethnicity/marriage status. This isnt top secret information the Executives of the major media companies are public knowledge. Jews and Gentiles married to Jews will obviously only be represented there proportionate to the 2.5% of the US population they make up. Then just do the same thing for Banking, the Ivy Leagues ect and there you go. Antisemetism has been debunked forever. You can with just a few minutes of googling prove the entire premise of antisemitism false and Ill just be waiting here until someone smarter than me does that.

Which shows that people can be hated just as much for their religion as they can be about their race. Look at what happened with the Catholic and Protestant conflict in Ireland
