Whats this? CBS setting BO care out over higher costs and say it isn't so. Gruber and a 4th Video now? My, my, my, truly the gift that just keeps on giving. Whats hilarious is BO running around and threatening EO's. Now with all the left knowing he has lied repeatedly to them and duped them. Let the Repealing begin.....and Oh, can we skin Pelosi until her plastic bits are showing? How about destroying her career political career now? What say ye?

As Bob Laszewski so aptly explained over the summer, there are reasons why the White House delayed the 2015 Obamacare enrollment period until after the midterm elections. CBS News summarizes several of the unhappy developments consumers will encounter in the coming days and weeks:

In this fourth video, Gruber's language is not as stark as in three previous instances, but his suggestion that Obamacare proponents engaged in less-than-honest salesmanship remains. "Barack Obama's not a stupid man, okay?" Gruber said in his remarks at the College of the Holy Cross on March 11, 2010. "He knew when he was running for president that quite frankly the American public doesn't actually care that much about the uninsured....What the American public cares about is costs. And that's why even though the bill that they made is 90% health insurance coverage and 10% about cost control, all you ever hear people talk about is cost control. How it's going to lower the cost of health care, that's all they talk about. Why? Because that's what people want to hear about because a majority of American care about health care costs." You can watch the speech on the C-SPAN website here Gruber said the measures in the bill that attempt to lower costs constitute a "spaghetti approach" -- throwing everything against the wall to see what sticks. And while preferable to the status quo, Gruber said he could offer no guarantee that any of the measures would work.

Containing costs was a lie from the start. But they repeated it ad nauseam because "that's what people want[ed] to hear." And now prominent Democrats are frantically trying to pretend that they know nothing of this "Gruber" character.....snip~

Everyone knows that adding a 10% to 15% middle man fee between the buyer and service provider will help to keep those service costs down. If service provider costs were allowed to rise then the middle man would make more money - obviously, that would not be in their best interests. ;)

Of course we do. That's why I've been saying the same things about the ACA since it passed:

1. It's nothing but an entitlement program to cover some of the uninsured
2. It does nothing to bring down costs for the rest of us
3. They lied about it

Re: CBS News on Obamacare: "Higher Costs, Higher Penalties", and Oh no - Gruber times

And boy did they lie about costs.

Heya TB. Yeah and lied about those costs. But they do lie well. Ya might say it will be part of BO's History. The President that Lied, and Kept on Lying with a smile on his face.

Between consistently negative public polling and dramatically scaled-back enrollment projections, it appears as though most people want nothing to do with this law. Even some of its loudest supporters are even slamming the manner in which Obamacare was cobbled together and passed.

Containing costs was a lie from the start. .....snip~

Obamacare 2015: Higher costs, higher penalties.....

Despite the government's push to get Americans enrolled in health-care plans, a significant number remain uninsured. About 13.4 percent of U.S. adults lacked health insurance in April, according to a Gallup poll. For lower-income households earning less than $36,000, the rate was much higher, with one out of four lacking insurance.

It's not only the uninsured who will be facing higher costs. Many health-care plans are also charging more, with Investor's Business Daily finding that a 27-year-old earning 250 percent of the poverty rate will pay an average of 7 percent more for the lowest-cost bronze plan, based on an analysis of rates in the largest city in 34 states. The lowest-cost silver plan will rise an average of 9 percent, while the lowest-priced catastrophic policy will climb 18 percent, the analysis found......snip~

Looks like there is more TB.....plus now BO and his Team are distancing themselves from Gruber. Which I just don't see how BO and his Team can run away from the man they hailed as the go to guy. Seems one of the States is about to get rid of him with helping them with their exchange too.

Obamacare architect in trouble again for mocking critics......

In it, Jonathan Gruber, an MIT professor and one of the key architects of Obamacare, appears before the Vermont House Health Care committee in 2011 to present his idea for health care reform. When a state representative relayed a Vermonter’s concerns about the law — “ballooning costs, increased taxes, bureaucratic outrages, shabby facilities, disgruntled providers, long waiting times, lower-quality care, special interest nest-feathering and destructive wages and price controls” — Gruber joked: “Was this written by my adolescent children by any chance?”

In reality, it was written by John McClaughry, a former Vermont state senator and adviser to President Ronald Reagan. “It was actually written by a former senior policy adviser in the White House who knew something about health care systems,” the state representative replied.

The White House sought to distance itself from Gruber's comments. “The tax credits in the law that help millions of middle class Americans afford coverage were no secret, and in fact were central to the legislation," White House spokeswoman Jessica Santillo said in a statement. "Not only do we disagree with [Gruber’s] comments, they’re simply not true.”.....snip~

I'll bet Team BO, wasn't to happy about CBS releasing this info on BO's costs going up. BO gave the Weekly and it was all about trying to get people to sign up.

Hillary can't be happy either. Repubs will run Gruber clips and close by asking Hillary whether she knew about this and supported it.

BO lost CBS as an ardent defender? Uh oh.

Many of us (you and I included) knew Obamacare was a scam from the start. It's just that our viewpoint and Joe Wilson's "You lie" has been vindicated. Certainly it will damage Democrats and their supporters but they don't care - the lies got the bill passed. To them, the ends justify the means. They'll do it again and again as long as the stupid people continue to support Democrats and their lies.
